My new CPAP machine quit working 7…
My new CPAP machine quit working 7 months after I purchased it. I was sent a return label and mailed the machine off right away to CPAP My Way. After a week, I emailed the company to ask about the status. I was told it was sent back to company for repairs. I sent another email asking if it was under warranty and was told yes. This was over a month ago. I have sent several emails asking about the status and the contact info of where the machine was sent. I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY. I am beginning to worry that I will never see this machine again and about the integrity of the company. Meanwhile, I have gone over a month with no decent sleep and need to come up with 1k to buy a new machine.
