Terrible
Ads promise savings, but no savings are in sight. Website is hard to use and unintuitive. It includes booking results but prices are higher and not all options I see on booking are available. Terrible, just terrible.

Dear Fred,
Thank you for reaching out, and we’re truly sorry to hear you’ve had difficulty contacting us. We’ll make sure to escalate this to our customer support team to prevent it from happening in the future.
As for the pet option, you can find a “pet-friendly” filter on the results page after you’ve completed your initial search on the main page. This will show only the hotels that accept pets. We completely understand that not having this as a search filter right from the start can be frustrating, and we are actively working on adding this feature in 2025. Be sure to keep an eye on our website for updates!
We really appreciate you taking the time to get in touch, we hope that we have been able to resolve the issue. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.
Kind regards
Emma - Cozycozy

Dear Alexander,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your negative experience.
Cozycozy is an accommodation comparison site that queries 100s of sites daily to find you the best deals for all your holiday needs, displaying transparent pricing that includes all applicable fees upfront. While this may sometimes appear higher than other listings, it ensures clarity. Occasionally, price differences can occur due to delayed updates from our partners, but these are rare and quickly corrected our side.
We hope this addresses your concerns and are available for any further questions or feedback.
Kind regards,
Emma - Cozycozy
