Definitely a scam ordered 6/13 no nothing! Link thru tik tok

I order my furniture over 2 weeks ago they never sent a confirmation number I have been emailing customer support about my order they keep saying there is nothing to update the site says it take 5-7 days which is a lie I wanted to cancel my order they said I couldn’t do not order from this company

Scam found via TikTok never had a issue with TikTok before but now thinking it was a add not through TikTok shop still blame TikTok for allowing this I took the risk and it was only like 25$ or whatever but yeah it’s fs a scam I did get a reply from the help center but it’s the same auto generated message everytime always starts with My name is James, and I will be personally taking care of your request today.

After paying the full price for more than one couch. I received an email that sent my phone to a broken link when I clicked on it. It seems like spam and a scam. I’m upset because the 20 something dollars was taken out of my bank account. I got an email today saying now the order has been packaged. Just waiting on the carrier… When I try to click the tracking number it does not let me again. It makes me think this is some type of a scam. I hope I get the couches or at least my money back. I ordered this through TikTok. I’ve never had an issue shopping through the TikTok shop before, but this definitely seems like something fishy.
