Ordered a couple of hats and a hoody from them. Unfortunately one of the hats I'd ordered was out of stock. They emailed me immediately explaining this and told me if I wanted to just refund it then to ring them and they'd sort it, I asked if I could just swap the out of stock one for another of the same value, to which they agreed. This was all done and dusted within a couple hours.

Received delivery two days later. The hoody ordered was too big so sent it back to exchange for smaller size, Received that two days after sending the original back.

Overall very easy to buy from, my only negative i can give is i could only use one gift code at a time. But that could be me and wasn't remotely an issue.

The Burgundy boots are the most beautiful dark colour very shiny and look very hard wearing, the fit is perfect although difficult to put them on and to take off, they will soften over time. I did exactly what was written about putting the boots on with plastic bags on my feet first. I want to buy the cowgirl hat next ~ thank you for excellent service !! ☺️
