I'd visited another boot store in Guildford, but they didn't have the ones I really wanted in stock. I found the Cowboy Boot Store online, and my fave boots were in stock in my size. I hesitated so much before buying, as they are fairly expensive, and I have fallen for scam sites in the past, but after a long while, and a lot of Trustpilot searching - where the rating is 4.9/5 btw - I decided to order them. They were delivered the very next day, which was amazing, but I was still a little worried....however, I shouldn't have been as they are fab. Beautiful boots, great detail and amazing quality. They are a little tight, but after buying another pair from the aforementioned store, I knew that they have to fit snugly in certain places. I am in the process of walking around the house with my feet in carrier bags breaking them in, but after day 2, they are already feeling slightly better. I would highly recommend the Cowboy Boot Store to anyone looking for high quality boots and great customer service!

Amazing product, failed despatch promises
Before I Start ,I'd like to say that the received product is absolutely beautiful, almost too beautiful to wear.
On the 30th of December,Before making my order I called the store and asked if there was a next day delivery option as I would have really liked to have had the boots for NYE.
The girl on the phone told me ,
"Of course, just ticked the relevant delivery option at checkout, it's a little more expensive but not much"
I told her that i would make the internet order immediately, where she assured me that she would be on the internet looking for my order to process it immediately to ensure my next day delivery,
I completed my order within 2 minutes of that call, and went on with my day.
I waited and waited the following day no delivery by 2pm called the store only to be told that the order had only just been packaged and would be with me within 2 or 3 days after paying for 24hour royal mail delivery,
To compare the same day as ordering the boots a ordered a hat from a different site which specified 2nd class royal mail delivery
And this package arrived less than 24 hours later on the 31st,
So all in all excellent, amazing products. I would highly recommend using this store,
However don't hold your breath regarding any promises made in regards to shipping and estimated time of delivery.
