Ordered a belt Buckle for our wedding, we got an email to say it was on preorder, I emailed to ask if we could swap to another by the time I got an email back they had received a delivery of buckles and sent our one out express delivery and we’ve got it in plenty of time for the wedding and the person emailing was lovely.

I ordered a super belt buckle which first wasn't in stock but soon became available within a week or so after ordering. Lovely buckle, super design, just what I wanted, and v pleased that delivery is by Royal Mail not Evri etc! Delighted to patronise a UK company especially in the North - excellent work!
