Thanks again, you saved my mom bday!!

Very good service, service fast turnaround results sooner than expected amazing customer service. I highly recommend it 👌

I ordered a courier test from CHT. I had done a lot of research and looked at reviews and felt this company to be trustworthy. I became apprehensive when there was a problem with my order that wasn't picked up prior to the courier arriving. However both the online chat and phone number provided were both answered by staff.

Rowan assisted me and after a brief debate about the issue, could not have been more helpful in liaising with the courier and helping rectify the problem. I think it speak volumes about a company in how they handle and issue and CHT were very helpful.

I needed my result within a particular time frame and they were able to manage my expectations and delivered a great service and outcome. They aren't the cheapest but excellent service doesn't come cheap. I will use them again in future.

Excellent refund service, very flexible even outside office hours and quick to reply.

Excellent timely service. Test arrived at 9:15 Received results at 11:20. Very quick and efficient and certainly made my UK arrival so much easier than expected. Worth the cost.

Very prompt on the reservation confirmation and to manage any change required

Although it's not cheap, this is a brilliant and very efficient service. Would recommend.

Quick and efficient service!

When you need professional and reliable covid-test services fast CHT delivers up to their promises. It's an expensive service, but it's worth the price. They were also very flexible when our flight was delayed.

very efficient, not cheap but if you want a quick and convenient result I would reccomend them

Excellent provider. We accidentally booked for the wrong day and they helped resolve all our issues within less than an hour on a Sunday morning! Very helpful. Will be using again.

Have used this company 6 times and always exceeds expectations!!
