Covid Home Test Arvostelua

Communication through text was very accurate to tell me when courier would arrive with the test. Courier was very courteous and test was straightforward to do. I then gave the sample back to the courier and the result was emailed to me within 3 hours - I think it actually took about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Completely satisfied with service and would definitely recommend it to others. So convenient to be able to do a PCR test from home and have the results so quickly.

Amazing service every time. Can’t recommend highly enough. Worth every penny

Excellent service. The driver was on time and very professional and I received the results very quickly.

Thank you

Hi I had mistakenly ordered the 24 hour test instead of 3 hour Rapid ...CHT staff was amazing and re organised it and I only had to pay the difference ..the tests were executed efficiently and in a timely manner . Many thanks .

Very professional, punctual and very quick results in an hour. Will definitely recommend

Excellent service. Friendly courier arrived promptly, and I received two texts prior to his arrival to say he was en route. Results came back quickly.

My Go To for COVID Travel Testing.

Great customer service. Super quick to respond. A bit pricey, but worth the costs to have service direct to my door and results in hours.

We have used Covid Home Test on several occasions over the last 6 months. Booking an appointment through the website is straight forward, with plenty of availability at busy times; the riders are on time, patient and polite; the notification of test results are within the expected timeframe and clear. We highly recommend Covid Home Test.

fast service - easy to deal with and a help line that is actually manned by people not AI and who respond quickly - really great service will continue to use CHT

Excellent service, delivered test kit on time and results as stated.

Wow! I was a ball nerves worrying about how I was going to get tested to go back to the states. Found CHT and they were amazing every step of the way. They promptly answered any questions or concerns I had and an associate even stayed on the phone with me until I was able to find my courier at the hotel. My results came within an hour of pickup and I was super impressed. My boyfriend wasn’t too happy with the price but piece of mind and convenience are priceless in my book! Will def book again on my next visit.

We are using CHT a lot for our clients and they are worth every penny. .
When problems you can actually reach someone and they email back very quickly and really try and help. I had no issue with refunds, or to reschedule appointments as changes can happen. A full 5*
