Ordered hot tub cover from Paul. He was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly right cover. Arrived within a couple of days. Mild issue initially but again Paul was extremely professional and had it sorted within the hour. Highly recommend and will return.

We were a bit cautious to order from a company other than our hot tub supplier, but couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. Staff on phone were very helpful and ensured the correct lid was ordered. We went for the triple thickness vapour membrane, premium level 2 insulation and continuous hinge seal and the quality is excellent. It was a little cheaper that what we were quoted by our local hot tub supplier, but the quality is equally good, if not better.
The delivery time was about 6 weeks which was as expected and the call came out the blue ready to be delivered the next day. Would highly recommend.

I have just bought my 2nd replacement lid from Covers for Tubs.
The first one was excellent and lasted many years hence my re-order.
I have upgraded this time to a 6in /5in for even better insulation although my electricity bills have always been considerably lower than most seem to experience.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
The product is great, really good customer service and it arrived before the expected date. Well packaged and in perfect condition.

Love my new cover thanks. My old one used to give me a workout lifting it off and on as it was so heavy. I’ve noticed a considerable reduction in electricity too now that’s it’s properly insulated again. Seems like good quality so hopefully it will last 😀

We're now on our 3rd oder from paul over 10 years. Excellent service, advice and the last lid has lasted 8 years!!!! Absolutely no point in using anyone else honestly!!!

Half the price of a genuine cover but only a fraction of the quality. Poor fitting item, very thin, expensive mistake, should have paid the extra for genuine

Great customer service. I initially ordered the wrong model and after a number of interactions they agreed to resell the cover which they did and am just awaiting the refund. The new one fits perfectly and I ordered an additional outer cover for additional protection and longevity. Many thanks

Fast delivery -2 weeks! . Well fitted hot tub cover. Looks great. Easy to order using the make and model . I had a few queries and they were dealt with well and very politely on the phone . They phoned me about delivery too.
As a note it comes with tiny straps with buckles , and as I don’t have the other side of the clips they are of no use ( but I have a hurricane strap).

We spent hundreds of pounds on a new hot tub cover only for it to be supplied with stretchy elastic fasteners which are not fit for purpose.

In any amount of wind, the cover comes off of the tub and leaves the water exposed to the elements and the heater permanently on, trying to keep temperature. The fasteners have stretched so much that I have had to tie multiple knots in them to shorten them and yet they still don’t hold the cover down.

Upon contacting the company I was told that these fasteners are used in the holiday / rental industry where people don’t take as much care with the hot tubs and should NOT have been used on our cover.

We were told that the only way this could be rectified was if we sent the cover back. This meant us having to take the insulation out of the cover and packing it up. We would also have to buy a tarpaulin to put over the tub whilst the cover was away being fixed.

We have not done this because it wasn’t our fault in the first place and are now talking to our credit card company.

So far so good, after three months of use. This is the fourth cover I have bought for my hot-tub since 2001. It wasn't cheap, but the quality seems high. All of the others, bought elsewhere, have eventually failed because of water vapour ingress into the insulating foam. This new one from CoversforTubs seems better made. The fit is excellent. The measuring instructions provided were very precise and included a lot of options for different corner shapes, depth of overhang etc. It took care to get the measurements and other specifications right (because of its age my tub is now a non-standard size), but this is the snuggest fit I have had. Perfect. There is quite a long lead-in time, but that was explained clearly at the time of placing the order on-line, and the company did what they said they would do, at the promised time. The cover is exactly what I had ordered and it looks good. Time will tell whether or not it will stay light and dry internally, but so far it looks promising. I'm also very pleased with the additional internal floating cover. It is just a simple flexible sheet, with air pockets to provide flotation. It comes over-size and must be cut to fit the internal shape of the tub, but that's not difficult, it is easy to use and my impression is that it alone makes a big difference to heat loss. There was a helpful response from the company when I asked to change the delivery date, but otherwise there was no need for much contact with them. They simply did what was promised. Overall I am very pleased and, based on my experience, I am glad to recommend Coversfor Tubs to others.

Sadly this company supplied us with a poor quality product that was bowed at the edges and leaked air and heat. After several negotiations they said we could return the cover for a full refund BUT had to do so immediately rather than wait the 10 weeks for a new replacement cover to arrive which would mean leaving our hottub uncovered for that time. This was unacceptable and so we negoatiated a partial refund but now wish we had not done so as we have a cover that leaks heat. Poor quality and in this case, a poor customer service experience because they insisted on taking it back before refund rather than waiting for a new cover to arrive.
Only feedback we can give is that they tell their factory to check every cover for fit / warping BEFORE sending out to a customer.
