I have had to cancel my policy for annual multi trip 3 days before it started as on Compare the market it said there is gadget cover, it was well sounding policy, cheaper than most but after receiving the email it said there was no gadget cover for my phone at all and I have to pay extra.
Tesco in that case has £10 cheaper policy and you can find better prices elsewhere. Now just to happ I will get my money back soon.

I just spoke to an agent with cover for your insurance his name was Ryan Taylor he was so helpful.
Explained everything slowly and professionally.
Ryan was so friendly. I explained everything I wanted and Ryan got the right insurance for me.
I am so happy I know that I can leave something for my grandchildren. The free access to a 24-hour line to speak with a doctor is quite impressive.
Ryan Taylor was confident, professional and easy to chat to.

Policy auto-renewal policy

The auto-renewal charge came out of my bank after I had renewed my policy personally. Contacted via chat option, Nicky was very helpful, reassuring and sorted the refund process straight way.

TERRIBLE company. No customer service. Making a claim for LOST BAGGAE and they don't want to know. ansaphones refer you to www or airlines. Only reply I have is when i make a poor review. . . . . Left positive reviews for all other aspects of the holiday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are awful. Noe heading to small claims court

Had to cancel our policy due to Coronavirus. Couldn't even get a partial refund for a policy that wasn't due to start until April 2022. Basically they have had our money for doing nothing. Not impressed.
