She answered my questions about how much my monthly payment fee was going to be. That helped me decide that I wanted to pay the six month premium right away, saving me $67. Some were things other customers had never asked about, so we both learned some important options that differ among various companies. There was an item not offered by the company I finally chose that I never use anyway, so I was happy to settle for saving money instead. It was really frustrating, and time-consuming trying to do everything online. The agents voice put me at ease and I felt I could trust her to do the job quickly, efficiently, and correctly, because I just purchased a vehicle and have to get temporary registraon so I can drive it home to another state for an appointment tomorrow. I was very satisfied to find a company I had never heard of that gave me coverages I could afford on a fixed income, as I recently retired. So, I never imagined getting such excellent help to do an item of business that shouldn't have been that complicated, but maybe I'm not that tech savvy at almost 70!
