Getting what you are Owed.
When you are owed money, as instructed by the courts, it is invaluable to find someone who can help you through the issues, and handle the problem. Neil Jinks at Court Enforcement, guided me on what was required, the process and the expected outcome. Sure enough, they delivered, they took my court judgment and ensured the other party paid what was due, taking a major headache away from me. Result!!

I wish I found them sooner!
I was a little sceptical trusting a new company I'd not heard of before, after all that's why I ended up needing Court Enforements Services in the first place (working with a company for the first time that took my money and didn't deliver or refund me) but I'm so glad I did!
Court Enforement Services handled everything for me for a small fee, I didn't need to complete lots of paperwork, they updated me every step of the way, they were quick to respond to my queries and we got a positive result and my money was returned as well as the fees I paid out. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
In the nicest possible way, I hope I don't need their services again but if I do I'll be in touch with them straight away for a speedy resolution, I just wish I found them earlier!

We have used Court Enforcement Services for a number of matters and cannot fault their service. They take care of everything from the transfer up to final payment. They are tenacious, hard working and professional throughout. They provide regular updates and the administrative staff are always more than happy to help with any queries. We cannot recommend them enough and would not use any other enforcement service.
