The gentleman that I spoke to initially tried to say he didn’t see an email from me on Oct 1st. I told him I have 4 emails and a response from your business and I responded an 5th time and gave all information requested. I eventually was able to get refunded but it seemed like he was bothered that I insisted on the cancellation.
