I paid for a 5-week course, but around the middle of the course (around week 2 or 3), the course was not working properly for some time. Today it shows as expired, and I need to renew it.
Because of the interruption, I was not able to complete the course smoothly within the paid period. I enjoyed the course and found it very good, but due to the technical issue, I would kindly request either:
A one-week extension to complete the course, or
A partial refund equivalent to one week’s payment.
I would appreciate your help in resolving this fairly.
