Effective Learning on Sterilisation and Infection Control
The class was very informative and well structured. The instructor clearly explained the principles of cleaning, disinfection, and sterilisation, along with proper instrument handling and infection control measures. The session improved my understanding of sterilisation protocols and emphasized the importance of patient and staff safety. Overall, it was a valuable and practical learning experience

Useful and responsive team
It’s alright. Course I chose has lots of spelling mistakes. Certificate is more expensive than the course. So I chose to do lifetime membership where I get pdf certificates and courses as part of it. Been 2 days, not shown up on my account. Got email verification that I have bought it, and it is on my orders. Been trying to call them for the past 2 days, no answer eveytime. They have emailed me saying my request has been recieved - guess it’s a waiting game. Once they fix this issue, I’d say it’s alright. For now, I don’t know if this issue will be solved. Fingers crossed it does.
2 stars because of this situation
Edit: They have contacted me, everything is working now. Technical difficulties on their side with the website. Completely understandable. I am happy now and looking forward to use this company more

Little disappointed in the course as I was expecting video tutorial, and questions to answer for the course in order to pass to gain certificate. Written instructions on technique is not always helpful in understanding how to do something

This company is very shady..
This company is very shady... lured in by seemingly good deals on courses, only to find course material isn't specific to this country (UK) and actually uses references from the USA.
The questions in the final exam are dubious and often missing key information. This then fails you and would you believe it, you have to pay for a retest there and then. Also, if you want any form of certification, you have to pay for this as well. Be warned though, as this certificate isn't worth the paper it is written on and will not be any good as an example of competence.
Use with care, do not believe you are gaining any sort of recognised qualification.

Great course, but....
The course was complete and full on, although I did feel cheated. It is not very obvious the course was time sensitive, things dont work properly, sometimes my course was not opening, page was not loading and that was quite frustrating. There were web issues. The exam itself had spelling mistakes, not sure everything was very cleared on what was asked. Cant believe the certificate itself was more expensive than the course!!!

overall a great course!
The course is good and covers most aspects, within the limits of learning online. Some parts a little outdated but covers modern setups such as hybrid and electric vehicles. Sitting the exams is slightly awkward but is more the layout and function of the page rather than the questions! would recommend! Great for those also with alot of mechanical experience but no formal qualification to show

The spelling in the level 2 mechanics…
The spelling in the level 2 mechanics course is actually comical. at least 8/9 pages of it, not just that, some of the questions literally didn't make sense. Very outdated course as well. Not just that, after you pay and complete the course, you have to pay over £20 for a PDF loool
