I order hug wood hearts over three weeks ago and you took the money already out my credit card for the hug hearts and have not receive the hug hearts order number vika4455s145889did nit reeve them if do not i will call my credit card office a will get credit back on my card and also get a whole of the better business burrow and tell them this a scam company

Won't do anything about a product I have not received
I placed an order on December 16th and on December 17th I received an email saying the item had been shipped. It appears to have been lost in transit and the company keeps refusing to refund my money saying that they can't do that because it's in transit. The tracking number doesn't work and I have no way of finding out anything else. I believe this company is a scam.

I love this top so much that I have it in 3 colors. It runs large. I am 5’10”. I bought two of them in size medium when I was 210lbs and 36DD. I just bought a small now that I am 175lbs and 34DD/36D. I will still wear the mediums for very casual wear, as they now fit oversized and relaxed. The small in the snowy white color fits more tailored, upscale casual. I feel like I can dress that one up a bit. I really recommend this high quality top and think it’s worth the price.
