Coulbourne Arvostelua 9

So I ordered a bikini top in October 2023 and I just got an email yesterday that it was shipped. Mind you its June 2026 💀 literally almost 3 years later

I purchased a bikini from Coulbourne’s website on June 4. After placing the order, I only received the Shopify order confirmation email. I never received any shipping confirmation, tracking information, or updates regarding my order.

I found a phone number: (646) 553-7689

After more than two weeks without any news, I attempted to contact the company multiple times and sent a total of six emails, none of which received a response. I also contacted them through their social media accounts. My messages were seen and even deleted, but I never received a reply.

The only communication I received from the company came after I opened a dispute with my bank. At that point, they asked me to cancel the dispute and assured me that they would send the bikini. Following my bank’s advice, I refused to close the dispute until I either received the product or obtained a full refund. Since then, I have not heard from them again.

In addition, after researching the company online, I discovered numerous complaints from customers describing very similar experiences, including orders never being delivered, a complete lack of customer support, and difficulties obtaining refunds. For this reason, I believe it is important to report this situation to the relevant authorities and consumer protection organizations in order to help prevent other consumers from being affected.

Scam of a Company- NEVER received my swim suit. Never heard back on multiple attempts to contact. Do not buy a suit from Coulbourne.. $$ not worth your money, stress, time.

Warning: I placed an order with this company back in June and still haven’t received any shipping information. They promised me a tracking number “within a day or so” and today it’s already October 2nd. On top of that, they delete customer comments on Instagram to hide complaints. I find it unbelievable how polished their image looks on social media — I never imagined it was a scam. I don’t even know how to get my money back. Be very careful before ordering here.

Atención: hice un pedido a esta empresa en junio y aún no he recibido ninguna información de envío. Me prometieron un tracking “en uno o dos días” y hoy ya es 2 de octubre. Además, borran los comentarios de clientes en Instagram para ocultar las quejas. No sé cómo recuperar mi dinero y me parece increíble la imagen que muestran en redes… jamás imaginé que fuera una estafa. Tengan mucho cuidado antes de comprar aquí.

I ordered bikinis from this site over 2 months ago. Haven’t heard anything from the company. I have reached out using their online request form as well as emailing them directly. I will be contacting my bank to find out what I can do. Spend over $200. It’s a scam!!

Watch out this is a SCAM COMPANY, they have been unresponsive for over a month and have not sent my order yet nor have they shown any intention to do so. My bank is trying to reclaim the money however @coulbourne stays unresponsive! Don't buy here.

Scammed me for $170 and there emails don’t even work anymore to contact them

I ordered two bikini sets from them more than a month ago. I spent almost 200$. I have not heard anything from them since the order confirmation. I have contacted them via their contact form, email address and instagram but didn’t get any response. I will try to contact them until I get a response and hope that it was an honest mistake. I will update this post if something changes.
Update 08/21/24 : After not answering me for another month, I have gotten my money back by reporting it to Paypal!
