Bought the portable lithium battery garden lawn mower. Completely useless! It bends long grass instead of cutting it. On anything thicker it actually stops the disc spinning. The companies video advert is completely false. It’s a con.

Ordered on Sunday given a EVRI CONSIGNMENT NUMBER by Thursday sent emails to cancel no reply
I then contacted EVRI who have informed Couameder that I will not accept parcel and it would be returned to them also informed my credit card to cancel
I also received scam call from somebody saying that they worked EVRI and wanted my Bank details BE aware
My complaint is against Couameder you cannot speak to them they will not reply to email’s shocking

The garden strimmer was defective and the company refused to replace, they just kept offering me compensation to keep the faulty (defective) item, why would I do that?
They then asked me to chose an alternative item from a different site (somcool.com) which did not sell garden items.

Purchased the bush cutter for £58. nothing like the one advertised, absolute load of tat. Cant get a response from the company. Stay away from them is my best advice

I placed an order for your brush cutter, it arrived today via carrier on the 8th July 2025. Unfortunately there was no lithium battery in the package. I would appreciate either a replacement battery, failing that a full refund.

I should have been far more suspicious about something that looked so efficient costing only £58, but gave it a punt. What is received is like the miniaturised version of what is advertised, which looks like about a 10" powerful cutting disk. What arrives has a puny battery and a 4" cutting disk and yes, it does get grass wrapped around it. Don't waste your time or money.

It's advertised on YouTube (nuff said?). It's Chinese NOT German. It's cheap, possibly dangerous and definitely complete sh*t. Do yourselves a favour and don't fall for it. I won't.

i have tried emailing your customer service and received no response.The lithium battery mower you sent is faulty and i would like a complete refund.Your product is not fit for purpose.

I should have trusted my gut on this and stayed clear but decided to risk £58. Next day delivery turned into 3 to 5 days. Now ive received an order confirmation and it's 12 to 15 working days. Company don't reply to contact, the WhatsApp number has an ai chat bot that keeps telling me to be patient. Advertising totally misrepresentative even contradicting itself if id have bothered to read it all.

Stay well away from them. For what you save they just aren't worth the trouble.

I was just greeted by an advert on youtube for a £58 brushcutter "made in germany" that linked to these guys. I've been buying products from Germany for 25 years, so know the brands extremely well, as well as general prices for various product sectors, so immediately smelled a rat.

On inspection, the website address and phone number are Chinese, and the domain registration is in China. In some of the photos the product is covered in Chinese writing, while another photo claims it's excellent at "cutting bamboo crops", which I doubt there's much call for in Baden-württemberg.

On top of that, the alleged brand "Voneu" doesn't even exist according to Google, and it certainly isn't an established German company. So, at the very least, we know they lie a lot.

Given that something like a Stihl brushcutter, which really is made in Germany, will cost you £500+ I suspect this thing is about as German as Winston Churchill. Far more likely to be Chinese tat exploiting Germany's reputation for quality. I'll be giving it a miss.
