Cottonreal Arvostelua

A great selection of quality nightwear, very quickly despatched and beautifully packaged. I did find several of the cotton nighties to be larger than expected so perhaps size down slightly. I selected and kept several pieces and the the remainder that I returned was promptly refunded. Altogether a very positive experience.

Easy website. Excellent products. delivery swift and easy.
Friendly note with package - make it a very customer friendly experience.

Ordered 2 nightdress lovely quality and really good value fitted a little generous but is good when buying nightwear. Always brought cyber jammies before but will add these to my list so glad I found then on the internet by accident

Lovely soft cotton. My 95 year old mother is really pleased with it.

Brilliant product, brilliant service. Will definitely use again

I've just bought two nighties from Cottonreal. The website was easy to use. The goods were delived very quickly, beautifully packed and with a cheerful note from the company. I'm very pleased with the quality of the items, they are beautifully made and very pretty. I shall definitely buy from here again.

Gorgeous nightwear which I’ve been buying for years.

Over a period of time I have purchased a number of nightdresses from Cottonreal and have been extremely pleased with all of them.
I want to say what marvellous customer service I got when I had a query on my last order. When I received the nightdress it was much too large even though I had ordered the same size as usual and they are always very consistent in their sizing.
I emailed Cottonreal and received a phone call from them so was able to discuss the problem. I was advised to return the nightdress so the sizing could be checked. The lady phoned me again to let me know they had received the parcel and would be in touch.
They found there was an issue with the sizing and I was offered a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement which arrived the next day.
It is so difficult these days to actually speak to a person if there is an issue with a purchase that it was a refreshing change to have such personal and efficient customer care.

Excellent quality nightwear, beautifully packaged and arrived quickly.

Personal customer service, beautifully wrapped and a staggering 24 hours only from ordering to receiving them! Love these nighties - have bought several before and will definitely be buying more. They're so pretty. :-)

Quality goods and a speedy and excellent service.

Lovely bed jacket, lightweight and crisp cotton with delicate trim and pretty floral pattern. I sent this to my friend who is in hospital and she is very happy with it. No buttons but I thought that was good because it's warm in hospital and it's just a pretty outer layer rather than insulation.

I have always been really pleased with the items I have bought from Cottonreal. They are lovely quality and different from what you find in the High Street shops. I love the pyjamas with the lace and ribbons, so pretty. They respond to your order really quickly and are sent out to you within a few days. Customer Service is excellent too. I will happily continue shopping with them in the future.

Fast, efficient, informative delivery - just excellent service & products.

Hi everyone at Cottonreal! I just want to say a massive and heartfelt thank you for our order. It arrived beautifully packaged and with a lovely note. We had to change our order, as the items that we had wanted had gone out of stock. This was dealt with quickly and easily and we are so impressed with the replacement order and the lovely quality of our items. The design is stunning too! Thank you! X
