Beautiful dressing gown. I have been looking for a long time for one of these. I can' t use belted ones as one of my arms does not work. Its warm and looks pretty.

This company sells pure cotton…
This company sells pure cotton nightwear. It’s hard to find pretty nightdresses and pyjamas all cotton. I have bought several of these now over the past couple of years and would thoroughly recommend them. They’re not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Very bad experience...
If you're thinking of buying a Christmas gift from this company, then please look elsewhere. I decided to spend a little extra on a nightdress as a gift for my mother and what I thought would be better quality than the high street shops. However, I was very disappointed with the fabric, it was hard and definitely not worth the money. After emailing customer service, who took a while to get back, they basically didn't want to know and said "we are unable to take this matter any further at this time." I ended up buying a much better quality one from John Lewis for cheaper. Overall a very bad experience.

As we explained in our reply to your initial Facebook and Google Business posts, whilst we always appreciate constructive criticism, on this occasion we do question your motives for this post which relates to your purchase made 1 year ago in December 2018.
As per our customer service correspondence with you at the time you may recall that "unfortunately we were unable to take this matter further" as you had not adhered to our extended Christmas refund policy by nearly one month.
As we highlighted at the time, we would have been more than happy to assist if you had contacted us within the extended Christmas returns schedule.

Beautiful fabrics and designs
For the past 30 years I’ve been wearing Celestine batiste nightdresses. They are now so expensive that I was thrilled to discover your beautiful products at a fraction of the price. The quality of both fabrics and designs are outstanding. I’ll be buying more as Christmas presents for my girlfriends.
They come up quite large, so it might be worth trying a size smaller than usual.

A beautiful quality item and I love that it's a sustainable natural fibre
Beautiful quality - I also like that its 100% cotton (a sustainable natural fibre) and you can tell as soon as you wear it. I got the nightdress and robe which has been brilliant in the warmer weather as it breathes and keeps you cool allowing for a better nights sleep. Washes well also.

Excellent all round!…
The products I ordered arrived punctually (seven days to Italy).
The quality is excellent. The designs of the two nightdresses I ordered are exquisite and just as in the photos.
I will certainly buy again from them.
A nice touch was to find a personal, hand-written thankyou note inside the parcel.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THE SIZING OF THE CLOTHING ITEMS IS ALL WRONG AND ALL DIFFERENT, WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE FAULTY SIZED WRONGLY THE COMPANY KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DO REFUNDS FOR THEIR FAULTY GOODS. THEY CONNED ME OUT OF £100.00 POUNDS BECAUSE OF THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING SIZED ITEMS, AND REFUSED TO REFUND.
