I ordered an item which still hasn't been shipped within 4 weeks since ordering, I emailed in - no response, Wrote an Instagram comment which was removed and no response on Instagram, No refund - 100% Scam site!

2 months ago I ordered a skirt (Order #7437) that was never even processed. I emailed them and DMed them several times on Instagram. The ONLY time they came back to me was through email a month ago. They told me that due to Covid the item has halted production. It took me emailing them and DMing them to tell me this?! They probably wouldn't of said anything and kept their mouths shut if I didn't ask them! They told me they they would email me a credit voucher and I asked them for a refund. The credit voucher has not come and when I asked for a refund they stopped talking to me! This is the worst store I ever bought from!! A literal scam!!

Update: It's been over a month since I wrote this. No progress. This company has not replied to me. They have not given my money back. It's literally a scam people. DO NOT but from this store!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping.
The dresses are all made by Chinese factories so I highly doubt it’s as sustainable and eco-friendly as they claim.
The seller goes to ridiculous limits in order not to grant a well-deserved refund.

So first of all, I ordered 6 dresses which I’ve been told would take 15 days maximum to arrive, 5 days for processing and 10 for shipping, but that wasn’t the case at all, the processing alone took 12 days, and how did they finally ship it you ask?
Well, first I’ve tried contacting the seller about the delay via Email multiple times but to no avail, then I tried instagram DMs which they also ignored, the only thing that gets them to reply is by commenting on their posts which is utterly ridiculous for any business. After all that tedious work I finally got in contact with the seller and asked for order cancellation and a refund since it’s already a week late in processing and I needed the dresses in exactly 20 days. However after the seller asked for my order number they told me: “your pieces have been made already so it’s too late to cancel the order” which doesn’t make any sense and was never mentioned before, so I replied that processing is taking too much time and there isn’t even a tracking number yet so it should be easy but the seller left me on read and I received a tracking number 4 hours later..

Now after all that drama with the shipping alone, I received the shipment and noticed that one of the dresses was missing, so I tried to contact the seller again asking for a refund for that particular dress but they didn’t reply to any of my messages or comments while still publicly replying to other people, after the situation went on for a whole week, I decided to try from another account and that’s when I discovered that they restricted my first account and that’s why none of my comments mattered to them, no one could these comments except for the seller and they couldn’t care less.
That may also explain the suspicious lack of any criticism on their page.

After I commented from another account that wasn’t restricted by the seller, they finally replied..
they claimed that: “The item has been halted in production” which is absolutely no excuse for their actions, I demanded a refund but they gave me a 45€ gift card instead, it’s infuriating to say the least.

I ordered a beautiful lilac dress for my wife’s birthday and she would’ve looked stunning in it if it arrived. I even paid 25£ for fast shipping too and it still hasn’t arrived it’s been around 3 weeks now and all she wanted was a lilac dress because that’s her favourite colour and so now I’ve spend £75 on a dress that hasn’t even turned up. I contacted them a number of times they haven’t responded my wife even reached out because she knows how much effort I’ve put in to try to make her happy because she’s been so sad recently so I wanted this to cheer her up. This has just added to her sadness now :(

Terrible return policies and service.

I ordered quite a lot; I think around 6 items in total. First of all, the quality of most of the items is very poor and the sizing is off (Yes, I measured myself and used the size charts on their website; those obviously aren't accurate).

Therefore, I want to return some items. But their return policy doesn't make any sense! You have to contact them in order to be able to return your items (which you also have to send back within 2 weeks after receiving your order); but they don't respond to their mail or their insta DM. Aka it's impossible to contact them within the given time for returns and therefore I can't return my items?!

Also, you have to pay yourself for the shipping costs (not ideal, but okay I suppose), but they will also charge you an extra 17,60 euro's for every item that you return? Thats like over 30% of the costs of my order in total? Truly a huge scam.

In the meantime I would recommend people to definitely NOT order from here like ever. I'm out over 300 euro's. Don't let this happen to you; aka don't buy from this shop.

I purchased their Painted corset in Venus and it’s honestly such good quality! It’s honestly prettier in real life than on their page. It fit like a glove. My waist is ca 73cm and I bought size XL but could’ve gotten away with L. Can’t wait to wear it all summer.

A ce jour le 03 mai 2022, il manque toujours un article à plus de 50 euros, ma commande est toujours en attente d'expédition depuis des mois !!! Plusieurs mails envoyé restés sans réponse. Je suis extrêmement déçu. C'est la 1er fois que je me fais arnaquer sur un site car pour moi c'est une arnaque j'ai perdu plus de 50 euros

The dress I bought looks cheap, it's way too big for me despite being advertised as coming up small, patches are coming off of it and it would cost me £30 to return the £50 dress - I'm really upset cause for me it's a lot of money to have wasted

The item quality is so wonderful and the costumer service is amazing!!!

Order #6809 placed in december the 20th, partially shipped mid January. M size too short, 35€ to ship it back + 15€ of fixed fees for a dress at 85£, does not make any sense !
The other item is still missing !!! close to 3 months after. No reply at all on isntagram or mails !!! none of all sent since january, this is simply inacceptable.
The order has been full paid and we are in the middle of nowhere !!!

Order #6809 is in the title and text pls !!! Astonished !

Monday the 7th of March, still no consideration for a/m claim, would definitely recommand not to buy anything from your company !!!

Update on March 21st : 3 months after order placed here we are, thanks God !!!

I've reviewed my advise as follows :
Quality of the items : 4 (1 M size too short on 4 articles received)
Shipping : 2 too long and bad quality in France of the delivery
After sales performance : 1 it's indeed a pitty that we had to post bad comments on various social network to be advised on how to proceed with returns (which is a non acceptable process as too costly) and received the missing items 3 months after. No reply at all to chat on instagram and emails is just NOT ACCEPTABLE !

I ordered Amelia blouse & pinafore set, the dress is very beautiful and really good quality, but it's unfortunately a little too small even though I measured myself before buying. It is still usable but the half way open zipper on the side looks weird. Also my order arrived a month late, but I understand that there may be some Covid-19 delays. I will probably buy here again, but I need to make sure that I order a bigger dress than my actual size.

I bought two dresses from Cotagecorethings, it describes the clothes ankle length. One of the dresses is arrived knee length and the other dress is never arrived. It takes a very long time to get the order. They dont answer to my mails and ignore my messages and comments in Instagram. Money in the trash!! never order there they are not sincere sellers.

I ordered a tapestry corset for a Christmas present. I understood that it would probably be late but after two months of waiting I have not received an update past my order confirmation. I have tried reaching out on multiple platforms and have not received any reply. Honestly really disappointed in the lack of communication.

Edit: after posting this review their customer service team reached out and was friendly and quick to process my refund. Apparently my messages had ended up in spam so if you are in the same boat as me the best way to get your message across is here.

They never sent my order. And they wouldn't answer my emails. So I had to dispute the cc charge. This company is terrible.

Arrived a little late , but it was worth it. Dress was very beautiful , and the size was perfect. Will definitely shop from here again💗

I bought the Atlanta Dress for prom and it arrived promptly, which was my biggest concern due to previous reviews, and it was in good condition. The sizing was perfect as I had measured myself before ordering and the material was good quality - the dress was strapless and had a built in bra and a laced back. I think my only problem with this was that tax was only added during check-out so I didn’t realise how much it actually cost until I was ordering it, but overall I loved this order and will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Purchased the Mia and Leah dresses - over the moon with both. The delivery took a while, but that was to be expected since it was shipped to the UK + covid. Was worried about what to expect from the quality of the products considering some reviews, but the dresses I received are absolutely beautiful. The material is thick and has a nice weight to it, the colours are exactly like the photo, and the dresses are well made. Always make sure to check the size chart, as the sizes can/do differ between products. I wear the dresses out often and always get so many compliments - they're comfy and look super good ✨🌸💖

The dress I received was just as pictured and I enjoy wearing it a lot!!

I love their selection and my order arrived promptly despite the covid shipping delays!
