Excellent customer service & high…

Excellent customer service & high quality product. I ordered during lockdown well in advance for a July birthday gift. Recipient is absolutely delighted with the apron: its’ quality, finish & the personal touch by the addition of his initials make it extra special.

The Burford Leather and Canvas Backpack

An excellent product, looks better in real life than in pictures. One can tell that a lot of care has been put into the design and craftsmanship. High quality finish, stylish and with plenty of space for my needs. Not too heavy either and feels comfortable for my needs.
Quick delivery and great service from Cotswold Hipster.

From the very first question I asked to delivery of my olive Churchill backpack the customer service and communication has been excellent. Emails responded to within minutes, calls answered or returned immediately, and delivery was within 48 hours of purchase. Outstanding service. As for the bag.. I love it. Good quality, hard wearing and looks great.. a little darker in colour than I imagined it would be, but not disappointed at all.
Totally satisfied customer who would purchase from (and recommend) these guys without hesitation.

Lovely bag

Had a stress free transaction with this company...
Swift to answer queries via emails and very helpful...
My bag was delivered within two days of ordering and the quality exceeded my expectations...
I would definitely use again for further purchases...

Had a few questions about a bag I liked and there swift answers were more than helpful...
The item I purchased acceded my expectations and confirmed my choice in using this company...
