Matthews Cotswold Flour Arvostelua 

There is always a good range of flours, personally I only purchase bread flour, there is a good range and it encourages you to experiment.

Flour is very good , especially Cotswold crunch , bags are thin and rip easily , delivery is slow ,

Slow delivery. Haven’t received it yet Should be due today. 1/5/26. Was originally scheduled for 16/4/26. Some problem processing payment at their end but even after payment successful it has been over 8 days until supposed delivery
Good job the flour is Superb and worth waiting for

Thank you Emily for dealing with my complaint and explaining what went wrong on this occasion. I was more than compensated for the faulty flour. Having had time now to use it, I have to say it makes excellent bread, far better than other brands I’ve tried recently. I will continue to order from Matthews and look forward to trying some of the other Artisan flours.

Bought 5 bags of white bread flour thinking it was good quality and was horrified to find it contained lots of unmilled grains.
Two weeks ago I wrote to them and was told my email had been passed to their complaints department, but despite following up with a second email I have been totally ignored! Come on Matthews this is no way to treat your customers! Things go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters!

Love the flour, great for sourdough just a shame they keep running out

Only recently started to use Matthew’s products wish i had found them earlier the flours give excellent results and very tasty both in bread machine and hand made have been making my own bread since 2000 these are the best ever

I use Cotswold Crunch my Panasonic bread maker, it's always one of my favourite loafs, consistently good result.
Would definitely recommend it.

Having tried many different flours from different suppliers, Matthews Cotswold flour is now my supplier of choice. A fantastic range of flours for making bread, pizzas, biscuits and cakes. I make a variation of a sourdough bread using Churchill strong bread flour and Cotswold Crunch, fantastic!

Wide range of flours to choose from.
My favourite loaf is made from 50% wholemeal stoneground and 50% Cotswold Crunch.
As an elderly carless individual, it is a boon to be able to have a mixed box of five flours delivered to my door.

1. So much choice make it difficult to decide!
2. Some of the colours of labels are so similar, I sometimes get a bit confused.
But it all makes wonderful bread, pastry and cakes, and no problems with website.

I have just started making sourdough and I have loved experimenting with all the different flours from Spelt to Cotwold Crunch. I like the nifty box they arrive in and the helpful videos. The bread is always delicious. My favourite is spelt mixed with Rye and Churchill white

Your flours are of very good quality. I've been buying them for several years now. I bake bread and pizza. The breads are fantastic and very tasty. I use white spelt flour, whole spelt flour, and light rye flour.

Very nicely packed, easy to use,well flavoured flours. Would definitely buy more from this producer
