Just assembled a dining table purchased from Cosywood. It is absolutely beautiful and they were a pleasure to work with. Strongly recommend

From the point of order we were kept fully informed of the progress of the table and bench construction through the work shop. Delivery occurred as programmed five weeks after ordering.
We are absolutely delighted with the price and quality of the table and bench and would highly recommend Cosywood.

We were very impressed with the communication, they were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The delivery was swift and the rails are fabulous and very easy to assemble - the delivery guys were going to do this but we had to go out. Would recommend without hesitation 👍🏽

Great service , wonderful communication. very straight forward to order thank you . we love our new table

Great table, amazing customer service and worth the price. I had a change of mind on the final finish after having already placed the order but the customer service I received was excellent and the company were happy to accommodate the change. Really pleased with my purchase of a dining table.

Blown away. Even better than I’d hoped.

Gorgeous, high quality table and excellent customer service. Artem responded to my many queries quickly and was helpful when I enquired about exchanging the table for a bigger size. When I decided to return the table, it was picked up the same week and when I enquired about the money not having been refunded to my card, Artem had accounts transfer it to me immediately. Rare to find such attentive customer service these days, very impressed

Great service and lovely table at an affordable price.

I ordered a large 3m herringbone oak table from Cosywood back in November.

Wow is it beautiful, the table is elegant and very well built. Truly a thing of beauty, I couldn’t be happier.

At the moment I’m just waiting for cosywood to get back in touch as to what varnish and sand paper grit they recommend for me to use in the future on the table.

Excellent quality product. The company kept us up to date with each stage of the build process and delivery. Faultless service and product.

We needed a very specific size and throughout the process Cosywood made sure we knew exactly what we would be getting. Excellent communications, very helpful and the table looks lovely.

I ordered a Halborn table from CosyWood and am extremely pleased with the table that I have received. It’s absolutely perfect, stunning to look at, well made, solidly built, and has a superb finish to it. The quality is exceptional. It looks just as good in person as in the pictures on their website, if not better when seen with your own eyes. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality furniture, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again in the future. They also kept me updated throughout the whole process, were easy to communicate with, and I have absolutely no complaints. If you’re looking for a high-quality dining table, then this is where you should get it from.

Quality product looks fantastic and brilliant customer service

I am very pleased with my new table. It is well-made, solid, and looks fantastic. It fits in perfectly with my design aesthetic. I would highly recommend this table to anyone looking for a high-quality piece of furniture that will last for years to come.

Pros:

Excellent quality construction
Solid and sturdy
Fantastic look and design
Perfect fit for my dining room
Very pleased with the product overall

Cons:

None that I can think of

We were kept informed throughout the build and shipment process which was really good and when the table arrived the quality was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent table, good service.

*EDIT - I have amended my star rating as Cosywood have responded in such a positive way to my feedback. I've now ordered a table and look forward to receiving it*

I have a dilemma with Cosywood. I was interested in ordering a table so ordered the samples. My mobile number was given for tracking purposes but now I’m getting spammed with marketing texts despite never opting in. It won’t let me reply to the number & there’s no opt out link in the messages so they are totally in breach of GDPR. The only way I can stop the messages is to block the number. That means I can’t order the table from them now as their number is blocked in my phone so I can’t get shipping/tracking notifications. Very annoying as I really liked the table but I can’t stand the spam marketing messages.

Great communication, great service, great timing and delivery!
