I tried to place an order and received a prompt that it could not be processed. I logged out and resubmitted the order and it was accepted. I ran to teach a class. When I returned, I had two emails one for each order the accepted one and the could not be processed one. I immediately emailed and was told "sorry it is already in processing". That was on 3/16. Yesterday, I received emails for each order again apologizing for the delay in processing. They are backed up due to COVID. Emailed again and they still claim they can do nothing that I will receive two orders.

I accidentally ordered twice and they were able to resolve the issue quick with the refund and the order got here quick and the sizes are true to fit accordingly to website

Don't buy shirts from this company. We ordered a shirt in green because that's my daughter's favorite color. The shirt went arrived did not have any visible lettering written on it. That particular color the lettering does not show up. Why would you print and send out shirts that you know are not good quality? Why would you not notify the buyer and say that that color probably won't work. Instead they just tell me that they can't refund my money and just to order another color well I ordered another color. But they won't reimburse me for the shirts that were not acceptable very poor customer service multiple emails which were of no value whatsoever there was no attempt to make correct their mistake

The shirts were very nice but the one for my granddaughter couldn't read some of the words other than that it was really nice got here before Easter and that is what I wanted very happy.

The item was delivered next door. I went to inquire and was told they never received item. I put a claim and it was approved. A new item was sent without any hassles. Good company to buy from.

Will never order from this company again!! I bought my shirt a month earlier for my birthday and it never arrived my bday was sept 20 and I’m still waiting with no updates since sept 22! And I paid $50 for one shirt like really, if I was to go back I’d skip the ads and not buy no product from them! I hope I get the shirt soon if at all!

My Great Grand daughter's shirt was exactly as advertised. Loved the color and printing. Only issue was the length of time it took to arrive. This may not have been their fault. It could be the pandemic was at issue

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM COMPANY. I ORDERED AUGUST 29 TOLD IT WAS IN TRANSIT, SEPT.4 DEPARTED DES PLAINS ILL. NO UPDATE SENSE AND I CHECKED WITH SUPPOSED CARRIE NO RECORD OF TRACKING NUMBER. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF.
