Me encantó el disfraz de muy buena calidad. Entrega rápida y buena atención al cliente

Comunicazione molto facile, puntali e gentili, spedizione veloce. Il costume era proprio come in descrizione 👍

Trajes de calidad MUY superior a la media (sobretodo en trajes de Spandex/Licra, que es lo que yo pedi)

Hice ya 3 pedidos de trajes distintos (como unos 6 trajes), la calidad de la tela es muy superior a otras marcas o trajes baratos, se siente cómodo y los colores son mas vivos.

El envío standard es super rápido, pero el express es demasiado, lo pedi un Jueves y lo tenia el Lunes! Y yo vivo en España

La atención al cliente por WhatsApp es muy buena, hablan tu idioma, responden rápido y son muy atentos con los detalles que les digas (medidas, fotos, etc..)

Quien puntúa negativamente suele ser porque ellos se equivocan en medirse, y no quieren pagar un $, si cometes un error propio es normal pagarlo, ademas ellos me ofrecieron comodidades para el intercambio o cualquier fallo.

Espero que amplíen mas el catalogo para poder repetir experiencia!

THE COSTUME OF MILES MORALES FOR A CHILD IS GREAT. WE BOUGHT TXL (11 years Old 140 cm) it is ok because the size is correct.
They sent the order very quickly within 15 days.

Absolutely shocking customer service, I’ve ordered from these before & should have learnt my lesson but as they actually responded the first time I thought I’d try again!
Nope still no answer despite many messages sent, always say it’s not worth returning etc but then don’t reply when you want to go forward, DONT BOTHER!!!!!

Costumi di ottima fattura, abbiamo preso naruto hokage e hinata per il Lucca comics. Consegnati in tempo erano praticamente perfetti, soprattutto quello di Naruto.
Uniche cose da segnalare sono le taglie, noi abbiamo preso due taglie in più e comunque erano giusti.

Initially there was a small hiccup during the shipment of the item but these things can happen and thanks to a nice competent and professional person on WhatsApp we finally managed to get a fantastic Spiderman costume for my son!!

My experience was great somehow this company manage to have my order before it’s actual delivery date which was Nov 2nd and had it deleivered by Oct 24th just in time for Halloween! The quality of these costumes are AMAZING I ordered the Naratu and Sasuke costumes for my 5year old & 7year old perfect fit with the kidsL and KidsS. You will not regret purchasing !!

The delivery was faster than expected, the costumer service was amazing answering all my questions and the product is made of nice quality materials.

Suit came in on time and size chart worked pretty well! I ended up having to pay for customs and duty (I got the duty insurance), and they reimbursed me for the duty charge and for half of the customs charge, which it sounds like they didn’t have to do! Would consider purchasing from them again.

The Superman costume was amazing. Great detail and high quality. 5’9” 205 and a large fit great

Very happy with the kids spiderman costume. My 4 year old son is having a great time pretending to be spiderman and wants to wear it every day! It fits very well and is good quality.
