Ci tenevo a lasciare la mia recensione per professionalità, cordialità e disponibilità della COSORI.
Ho avuto un problema con la mia cosori, il pannello dei comandi che sfarfallava e non mi dava alcuna possibilità di utilizzarla... Essendo fuori garanzia li contatto per avere delucidazioni per come farla riparare e dov'è, mi hanno direttamente cambiato la macchina a spese loro(spedizione) dandomi una nuova figgitrice...
Che dire meglio di cosi.

Air Fryer Cosori CP-158 casi arde!

Hola!

Una peligrosa experiencia con una air fryer, en adelante AF, marca Cosori CP-158AF.

La AF tras poco más de 2 años de uso, la estaba usando como lo hacía habitualmente, solo que en esta ocasión, después de unos minutos de estar funcionando, empezó a salir humo y a oler a plástico quemado.

Afortunadamente estaba cerca para tirar del enchufe y desconectarlo.

Pasados 10 minutos, estimando que ya estaría fría, cojo del asa para abrir y comprobar qué había ocasionado la incidencia, y me quedé con el asa en la mano!

El material sintético que abrocha el asa con 3 tornillos a la cesta metálica, estaba fundido.

Me pregunto si Cosori es consciente de este modo de fallo!

Si como en tantas otras ocasiones, programo la AF para cocinar, y la dejo sin supervisión, ¿hubiese salido ardiendo?

Me puse en contacto con el SAC Corori España, y su contestación es: "Estimado/a cliente:

Me he comprado otra AF de otra marca, por haber perdido la confianza en Cosori.

Quienes tengáis una freidora de aire Cosori, no os alejeis de ella cuando esté en marcha!

Non posso che ripetere le esperienze dei clienti che mi hanno preceduto nelle recensioni...ho rotto il cestello della mia friggitrice ( francamente dopo anni di onorato servizio a mio parere la Cosori dual blaze è sempre l'acquisto migliore!) e dopo aver comunicato i dati in pochi giorni ne ho ricevuto uno in sostituzione. Non posso fare altro che elogiare il servizio clienti

Cosori 5L Rice Cooker - it’s a lot more than a rice cooker 😘

It’s been 2 weeks since we bought our Cosori 5L Rice cooker and we still LOVE IT. High quality material, sleek, cute and compact, perfect for our small kitchen, but we were able to feed up to 7 people. Dish washer safe! Not just a rice cooker, we use it to cook stew, scrambled eggs, fried vegetables, and other dishes too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🥳.

We hope Cosori will consider selling additional pots for its cookers. It will be so helpful.

Friggitrice ad aria Cosori , servizio clienti eccellente

Ho acquistato recentemente la friggitrice ad aria Cosori TwinFry da 10 lt presso un noto negozio di elettrodomestici. Ho avuto un problema con il cassetto e non riuscendo a risolverlo con il negozio, mi sono rivolto direttamente all'assistenza clienti Cosori che in pochi giorni mi ha spedito un nuovo cassetto. Quello che mi ha colpito è stata la grande professionalità, l'attenzione mostrata per il cliente e la grande gentilezza che traspariva dalle conversazioni via mail. Molto molto soddisfatto

Best airfrier on the market

Ive used My Cosori airfrier twice a Day for over 2 years it the best cooker ive ever had, after this time I had a problem and the Cosori customer care service was brilliant, I can definitely recommend Cosori

We bought a Cosori air fryer toaster…

We bought a Cosori air fryer toaster oven. It wasn’t working very efficiently and the on/off switch was glitchy. We contacted the company. They asked us to take a picture of the back of the product with the electrical cord cut. We did and within 5 days we had a new one on our counter. It works perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with Shayla, our CS Rep, and Cosori.

Excellent customer service

I’ve had my draw break twice now (a year apart each time). The customer service has been excellent sending a replacement draw with no dispute. Obviously a concern it’s happened twice. But the great customer service puts me at ease with issues. Anita was very helpful on this occasion. The product is otherwise great

Corsori 5.5L air fryer customer service

I was very disappointed that the plastic air fryer handle sheared off the screws only 3 months after guarantee has expired with only light usage. This is a great air fryer and we've really got used to having it. The fan motor is really efficient and it is very easy to use. I got in touch with Corsori customer service and they are replacing the basket (worth £20 plus postage) for us so good customer service

Cosori stands behind its products and customers!

As I've read previous reviews here it's a shame that there are such bad reviews regarding their prior recall on items. That happens with MANY companies and it's always a bit confusing and annoying to deal with recalls, but that one blip shouldn't be the overall view of the company.

My experience has been phenomenal with Cosori over the years.

My first experience with Cosori products was years ago when I purchased an air fryer. I don't recall the model but I later upgraded to their turbo air fryer that I have now. It's so quiet it sounds like a jet with a low hum instead of the normal raspier fan noise of previous air fryers I've owned.

Cosori makes *beautifully designed* products. They're special, seriously. Absolutely beautiful. These are products that look pretty in the kitchen. Right now I have an air fryer, 2 electric kettles (one glass, one orange) and a glass coffee carafe with a gorgeous wood collar. Friends have actually asked me, "Where did you get that kettle? I love that orange!" I can't explain it but the designs are simple but elevated.

And don't think that this feedback is all positive because I've had no issues. That's not true at all. When I've had occasional issues, Cosori's customer support has been most professional, kind, and timely. There's never a delay in getting help.

Cosori demonstrates a genuine commitment to its customers, from the very first purchase through every stage of the relationship.

Many customers only leave reviews after they've had a unsatisfying experience. Sometimes we don't take the time to leave a review when all is well. I am confident there are more experiences like mine than the contrary.

I cook with Cosori every day, from morning coffee to my evening meal, and I love it.

Assistenza e cura del cliente di alto livello.

Contatto via mail l'assistenza per indicazioni sui centri riparazione locali in quanto la friggitrice ad aria, di cui sono molto soddisfatto, a 30 mesi dall'acquisto e garanzia scaduta presenta un malfunzionamento al pannello di controllo: ricevo risposte celeri, cordiali ed esaustive e la richiesta di foro e video sullo stato dell'elettrodomestico; una volta inviato tutto mi viene proposto, in considerazione dello stato d'uso rilevato, la sostituzione della friggitrice con una nuova. Sostituzione che ovviamente accetto e, a 5 giorni di distanza, ho ricevuto un modello analogo ma più recente, nuovo ed imballato.
A fronte di una cura del cliente di questo tipo non posso che fare un plauso all'assistenza di questo marchio.

Excellent Customer service by Anita

I purchased 2 of the Cosori air fryers. One for myself and one for my granddaughter. The handle in my basket has got very loose and the holes that it screwed into had melted. I contacted them to buy another basket for the white one. My warranty was out of date but Anita at their customer service kindly sourced me a white basket free of charge. I am absolutely over the moon with the customer service.

Worst Customer Service ever experienced

I purchased 3 sets of mosquito zappers from Cosari however I received the wrong item. I immediately contact Cosari customer service who directed me to return the items for a refund ( at my own expense). This was 2 months ago and then after 4 weeks the items were returned to me as “undeliverable”. I again contacted Customer service who then promised to refund the item but redirected me to the same return policy and return address as the one I had been sent earlier. The company is clearly trying to avoid their responsibility of refunding the incorrect delivered items and is an example of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I warn any potential customer to avoid dealing with the Cosari company.

New Toaster Oven Glass Shattered

I bought a brand new toaster oven with several settings, including air frying and rotisserie. I used it roughly every other day for about 3 months. I never put anything on top of the glass door, like the sticker on the door said. One day the oven was preheating and the glass door shattered sending pieces of glass all over the countertop and floor. I tried calling customer service several times. The recall specialist said my model was not on the recall list and all other inquiries for customer service are directed to email with no phone options. I have emailed the customer service email several times over the past 2 months and have never received a response. Dangerous products products with zero accountability with customer service. I award Cosori zero points and may god have mercy on its soul.

Disappointed

On February 23 I received a notification from Amazon that Cosori recalled some models of air fryer's. I submitted my claim as specified. Less than a week later, my claim was approved. It has now been over 12 weeks. I've read from other social media sites that people who filed their claim in April received theirs about 3 weeks later. That social influencers received theirs early as well. It is my belief that claims should have been processed in the order in which they were received. I received an email from Cosori yesterday stating that my product was in the shipment phase and it could take up to an additional 8+ weeks. Cosori has probably lost the trust of the American and Canadian people. Who's to say that the replacement they are sending is safe. I appreciate them doing the right thing and recalling the product. I don't appreciate how it seems to have been handled. My family and I will not purchase from Cosori again. We're probably not the only family that feels this way.

Recall Issues

Absolute worst customer service. Received an email from Amazon, informing me the air fryer I purchased is being recalled. Had to register for a replacement and part of the process involves cutting the power cord of the existing air fryer and sending a photo.

They mentioned the wait time for a replacement is unknown, but the closest "guess" they can give is 8+ weeks. So they essentially expect us to wait a very extended period of time without an air fryer because of an issue on their end.

I tried getting more details from the support rep on the phone, in regards to how I could get more accurate shipping times, or any information really. However, I was told the same thing over and over again: "Wait for an email that shows tracking information".

My questions were not being answered; they were instead being completely disregarded and I was given the same responses repeatedly (wait for tracking information in your email).

I would avoid this company at all costs, and go with a more reputable brand for air fryers.

RECALL SCAM!!!!!!!

THIS COMPANY OWNS CORSORI AIR FRYER WHICH WAS RECALLED. WHEN YOU GO ONLINE TO REGISTER FOR REPLACEMENT AND SEND CORRECT PHOTOS OF FRONT, BACK AND BOTTOM WITH BATCH NUMBER, COMPANY SENDS A FORM LETTER SAYING THAT YOU HAVE THE INCORRECT BATCH NUMBER. I GOT THIS TWICE AND RESUBMITTED PHOTOS. THERE IS ONE BATCH NUMBER ONLY AND I SENT VISIBLE CORRECT PHOTOS. I GOT 3 EMAILS SAYING THAT I NEED TO SEND A "HANDWRITTEN" BATCH NUMBER WHICH DOESN'T EXIST. WHEN I SENT THE PHOTO AGAIN, THE FORM LETTER SAYS "WE WILL REJECT YOUR REQUEST LATER, THEN YOU CAN UPLOAD THE CORRECT PHOTOS". I BELIEVE THIS IS A TYPO!!! WE WILL "REJECT". YOUR REQUEST????? WHEN YOU CALL THE 800# ON THE EMAIL IT HANGS UP ON YOU. I THINK THE COMPANY BELIEVES CONSUMERS WILL GIVE UP EVENTUALLY AND THEY WON'T HAVE TO SEND REPLACEMENTS FOR THEIR FIRE CATCHING UNITS. SCAM SCAM SCAM. HOW ARE YOU GETTING REPLACEMENTS AND WHICH GOVERNMENT AGENCY TO YOU CALL. CAN WE GET MONEY BACK FROM AMAZON IF I CAN'T GET COMPANY TO HONOR REPLACEMENT???
