After failing to locate my preferred product in numerous 'High Street' stores I reluctantly ventured onto the the alternative On-line market to use your 'Cosmetics Corner' for the very first time and not only did you have MY requirement in stock but I received the same in 2 days and this with Christmas a few days away!

Hi there, i really do not know why you left us a one star review. Your order was not made ten days ago at all. Your order was placed from Italy on Saturday the 5th of December at 8:52pm. So in fact it was placed 5 working days ago. We do not ship out orders over the weekend like alot of places. Since the order was placed on a Saturday we shipped it out first thing on the monday (7th)
You emailed us today (Saturday 12TH December), we explained your order was shipped out on the Monday the 7th of December and it should be with you very soon as it was sent out with a standard international delivery to Italy. This takes 5-8 days.
Therefore i do not understand why you left us a negative review? You have to bear in mind it is the Christmas period so delays are expected especially for international orders and on top of that with Covid-19 there will of course be certain delays.
It has been 5 days since this was posted internationally, so this order is not even classed as late yet. In this period sometimes even UK to UK takes five days because of Christmas delays.
