Cosea Beauty Arvostelua 

Compre un secador Dyson supersonic y al segundo uso dejo de funcionar. Me pongo en contacto con el soporte tecnico y al dar los correspondientes datos para registrar la garantia y repararlo me comunican que dicho electrodomestico no les figura. ERA FALSO!!
Mucho cuidado porque son unos estafadores!!. Al realizar el pago a través de Paypal les comunique la incidencia e inmediatamente me devolvieron el dinero, pero la estafa esta ahi.
Si trustpilot quiere pruebas de todo ello no tengo ningun problema en enviarlas donde ellos me indiquen,

Como sea que estos estafadores de cosea beauty escriben que no les consto como cliente y que van a denunciar a trustpilot por reseña falsa, desde aqui invito a trustpilot de me indiquen o faciliten como subir el cargo de la compra a traves de paypal, asi como la reclamacion puesta a traves de ellos y tb la conversacion con el servicio tecnico donde me informan de que no puedo registrar la garantia pq el electrodomestico no figura y por lo tanto no es autentico. Ya veran si fuguro o no como cliente. Estaradores!!

Dyson HD07 Artikel wurde nicht wie auf der Webseite beschrieben innerhalb 24 Std. versendet und ist auch bei mir nie angekommen aber lt. Sendungsstatus unterwegs. Paypal hat mir hier geholfen und ich habe mein Geld wieder bekommen. Auch auffällig ist, dass keine Dyson Artikel mehr angeboten werden.

FAKE Waren. Am 7.12 "Dyson" Supersonic gekauft. Beim ersten Gebraucht war es Schrott und der Dyson Service hat mir dann bestätigt, dass es sich um eine Fälschung handelt. Seitdem plötzlich auch keine Dyson Ware mehr bei Cosea erhältlich. Finger weg!

Nachtrag: Nach Erstellung der Bewertung kam Cosea Beauty schriftlich auf mich zu und bat mich die Bewertung zu entfernen. Es wurde penetrant immer wieder darum gebeten die Bewertung zu entfernen und mit einem Bußgeld gedroht, da meine Bewertung Rufschädigend wäre. Selbst nachdem ich den schriftlichen Beweis von Dyson direkt geliefert habe, der die Fälschung bestätigt und ich nur Fakten beschreibe. Absolut skrupelloser und ekelhafter Shop!

Am 13.12 ein Föhn bestellt seit dem nichts mehr keine E-Mail kein weiter Transport gar nichts außer einer Sendenummer hab ich nichts mehr erhalten ich schaue regelmäßig nach ob etwas passiert bei dem weiter Transport aber seit 6 Tagen steht immer noch Weitertransport an DHL :(

Il phon non si accende, dopo una ricerca con Dyson Italia, risulta che il phon è del 2021 quindi non più in garanzia ( sul sito c’è scritto 3 anni di garanzia assicurata..) non sono rivenditori ufficiali ( come confermato da Dyson Italia)
Il servizio clienti mi ha rimborsato ma non risponde più alle mie mail in cui chiedo come posso spedire l’oggetto difettoso, ho scritto 10 mail in 2 giorni. Spariti. Mi aspettavo un trattamento diverso e più trasparenza.

Luckily, I did receive the product and was able to register it at Dyson.com. However, the communication with the company was extremely poor (I sent them two emails and called them more than 5 times with no luck). This is not the service and stress you want to get when buying such expensive item. Also, as you can see from their response they are not good in responding to complaints and are very rude. Company needs to work on communication, otherwise it doesn’t worth the stress buying through them.
UPDATE: the dryer broke after 2 months of usage (one of the attachments melted completely). The communication was good enough, we agreed that I will send them a hairdryer and they processed a refund. However, they never returned money for postage as we agreed and stopped responding. I waisted 20€ but gladly returned the main cost for the dryer and could buy a new one from Dyson directly. Do they sell fake hairdryers? I really don’t know, but what I know is that I will never buy anything in this shop.

I bought a new Dyson Supersonic - which I had significant concerns about:

-The shipping label indicated the product was shipped from China, the label on the cord stated the product was made in the Philippines whereas the body of the hairdryer stated it was made in Malaysia.

-The production quality was very poor - the filter was dented and starting to rust, and the finishing on the plastic/buttons was not in line with the Dysons I had seen in the store.

-The documentation was riddled with spelling mistakes.

-The print quality on the packaging was very poor.

-The comb attachment for the drier was bent.

When I contacted the seller with my concerns about the authenticity of the product, they responded quickly and were helpful in replacing the unit with one that was, as far as I could tell, a genuine Dyson product. They also provided a generous refund to compensate me for the inconvenience.

Experience still in progress, but first steps are not too encouraging.
Only three days after my order/payment and a few emails to customer support I have received some sort of info on shipping and delivery date. These interaction delays are less than good in todays ecom environment.

Am 16.09.24 bestellt und seit dem 18.09.24 tut sich nichts mehr … Sendung wurde angekündigt, Sendenummer habe ich erhalten und seit dem hat sich der Status der Bestellung nicht geändert. DHL Kundenservice, sagt Paket wurde eingeliefert, aber nicht abgeholt. Heute ist der 30.09.24 und es ist, wie zu erwarten nichts passiert. Der Kundenservice ist nicht wirklich hilfreich, mir wird nur eine Erstattung angeboten. Ich möchte allerdings mein gekauftes Produkt. Wenn man auf der Seite schaut, ist nun alles ausverkauft bzw. Wird für mehr Geld verkauft.
Update: Geld wurde erstattet. Ware ist jz nicht mehr zum Kauf verfügbar und deutlich teurer. Nicht Empfehlen!!!

Die Spannung des Gerätes stimmte zunächst nicht 100% mit dem deutschen Stromnetz überein. In Italien funktionierte der Föhn gar nicht.

Ein Umtausch gegen einen im EU-Gebiet einwandfrei funktionierenden Föhn erfolgte problemlos und zeitnah.

Aanvankelijk kwam de spanning van het apparaat niet 100% overeen met het Duitse elektriciteitsnet. In Italië werkte de haardroger helemaal niet.

Een omruiling voor een föhn die in de EU perfect werkt, verliep probleemloos en snel.

I had a small issue with a Dyson hairdryer (totally not the fault of Cosea Beauty) so I emailed them about the issue. They replied within 1 day (at the weekend), with a suggested a resolution. I replied to them on a Sunday morning and within two hours they had sent a refund to me.

I can´t think of another company I´ve purchased from who has been so quick to respond or so quick to resolve an issue - it´s literally the best online service I've ever experienced and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
