Hospitality Finder Arvostelua 

We had a great time at the recent F1 Hospitality organised by Hospitality Finder. It was a great location and setup. Adam was also brilliant in helping to answer any questions ahead of the event.

One of the best weekends ever, we had a table in The Green Room for The British Grand Prix and the whole process was smooth from start to finish with Hospitality finder. We had Adam as our rep, he had fantastic communication throughout and couldnt do enough to help us. I'll definitely be back.

Always great fun and great hosting this year did not fail.

Adam Butler and the team where excellent to deal with from start to finish when arrange tickets for the F1 @ Silverstone. Very helpful and efficient service in all aspects. Would highly recommend. My clients had a fantastic day for sure.

We had a wonderful time at the F1 event this weekend. We had a group of 8 people attending on Friday and the same on Saturday, many of whom had never been to F1 before. The experience was first class - very smooth all the way through from initial enquiry and sales with Joe Cooper (who was excellent to deal with - engaging, helpful and accommodating) through to timely management of queries in the lead up to the event and finally all arrangements on the day. The food and service in the Green Room were first class, as was the entertainment and the location of the Green Room. Those of us attending would certainly consider using Green Room again in future for this and other major events. Many thanks to Joe Cooper, Sarah Cornwell in the Experience Team and everyone who served us on the day, including Jennifer and Rakesh.

What an incredible Formula 1 weekend! Green Room Hospitality delivered an absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. The attention to detail, premium service, and exclusive access made this trip truly unforgettable. A special mention must go to Joe Cooper, the Customer Experience Manager at Hospitality Finder, who was simply phenomenal throughout the entire process. From the initial booking inquiry to the final moments of the weekend, Joe went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for creating the ultimate F1 experience really set this apart from any other hospitality package I've experienced. The quality of service, the prime viewing locations, and the seamless coordination made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I couldn't recommend Green Room Hospitality and Joe Cooper highly enough - if you're looking for the ultimate Formula 1 hospitality experience, look no further. Already planning next year!

Tolga Cetin, was super helpful and not at all "salesy" in arranging this event for myself and a client. We had a brilliant time and were very impressed with the food and drinks (even though they ran out of Guinness 😂) I would definitely recommend booking with Tolga and Hospitality Finder in future. This was my third time booking with Hospitality Finder for Cheltenham. I previously attended the Cleeve Suites in 2024 and the Green Room in 2025. I’ve been attending the Cheltenham Festival almost every year since 1989, with the only exceptions being the two years it was closed to the public. So I know what a good day at Cheltenham should look like—and this was not it.

I booked the Cleeve Suites for Gold Cup Day based on Daniel’s advice that it was a strong alternative to the sold-out Green Room. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations.

The suite was overcrowded, and our already cramped table was made worse by the addition of an unpaid guest. The starter we selected was unavailable and replaced with a dry smoked trout dish that was virtually inedible. The cheese course was never served, and the afternoon tea—intended for sharing—was completely inadequate for the number of people at the table. To top it off, there was no ice in the buckets, so both wine and champagne were served at room temperature—completely unacceptable for a package marketed as premium hospitality.

I paid £1,000 per person for this event, expecting a high-end experience. What I received was disorganised, uncomfortable, and poorly executed.

I reached out to Daniel after the event with feedback and received no response or acknowledgment. Worse still, despite booking with Hospitality Finder again, I have emailed him four times over the past month regarding a simple date change—and still haven’t received a reply.

The lack of communication and professionalism is deeply disappointing. Even after warning that I would post this review, the only response I received was an offer of compensation for future events—despite me clearly stating I will not be using the company again.

I can no longer recommend Hospitality Finder in any capacity and feel compelled to share this experience publicly so others are aware of the risks involved.

I had the pleasure of attending the horse race event organized by The Green Room last Saturday and it was nothing short of exceptional.

From start to finish, the day was a perfect blend of excitement, elegance, and top-tier organization.

What really stood out was the attention to detail—from the smooth ticketing process to the high-quality catering and well-timed race schedule.

The staff were professional and courteous, always available to assist without being intrusive.

I have purchased a number of different items from Adam at Hospitality Finder. The latest one was the ODI England vs West Indies at the Oval. Weather forecast was poor but sufficient cricket played for an enjoyable day. The entertainment and hospitality was excellent. A very special day for my brother and his two (grownup) cricket mad sons. Top class.

We booked the VIP package (The Green Room Experience/ H Club) for the Beyoncé concert last Saturday and I am completely blown away by the service from Hospitality Finder. It was a 10/10 experience from start to finish.
The staff were incredible—so attentive, friendly, and professional. They made everything feel seamless and special. The food and drink included in our package were top-notch and made the whole evening feel so luxurious and stress-free.

I honestly can't imagine going to a concert any other way now. It was worth every penny for the comfort and quality provided. We had the most fabulous, unforgettable time. We will definitely be booking with you again. Thank you, Hospitality Finder!

What’s the best way to top an already perfect Beyonce experience? H Club and The Green Room! What a wonderful way to make an evening even more fabulous. From the moment you are welcomed on your arrival at H Club by lovely staff - it’s a total delight. You enjoy lovely food and refreshments, and partake of very high standard facilities.
