Cornishware Arvostelua 

DISAPPOINTED … Through the years we have bought many mugs from Cornishware, for ourselves, friends and family and always been impressed with the chunky feel and make, so we recently ordered two more for my sons wedding as a present and rather shocked when we took the mugs out, much thinner, lighter and one on the printed names was off centre, and generally felt cheap, I contacted Cornishware and was told the firm was now using different clay to make the mugs but was of good quality, to be fare they did offer a full refund if I sent them back, however with the wedding approaching we decided to keep them but came away from this dissatisfied.

We were delighted to receive our tea and sugar storage jars. They are beautifully made, exceptionally high quality, and look fantastic in our kitchen. You can really see the craftsmanship and attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would highly recommend them.

Very well packaged

I can never really tell the seconds from the firsts- so seemed an ideal time to replace some of my faded cracked glaze service, quick delivery and well pacakged

My order consisted of six mugs. Five was brand new but one was a seconds. The one that was a seconds (blue) has a blue splash of paint in the bottom which I can see every time I finish my drink. I appreciate that they are not quite up to standard and thats why they are cheaper but this annoys me every time I use it. The mugs came well packed and I like them very much.

Cornishware is always good. Their mugs last far longer than others, don't chip easily and are liked by all our family. We each have one and one for our gardener too! Quality and fun.

I tried to buy Summer Rose small plates in the second sale - they were out of stock, I asked to be informed when they were back in stock & you contacted me very quickly and I was able to make my purchase.
My order arrived promptly and very well packaged- I was kept informed about delivery too.

I have no issues with the items I purchased, in fact I found them excellent. But unfortunately I waited two weeks for the items, when I telephoned they had no idea and were sent out straight away.

Always a treat to receive well wrapped and protected items from the other side of the world!

Love the Cornishware company and their fabulous pottery. I have been a long standing fan of the traditional blue stripe service and couldn't imagine eating my dinner from anything else 🩵🤍🩵🤍🩵

Beautiful willow green 15oz mug although we love the blue!!
Communication is excellent and I was able to speak to a human being which is such a luxury.
