You will legit get clothing from them. But, buyer beware! They delete all low ratings on their website. The clothing is not as nice as the photos and the print screening won't last many washes. The company will try to cheat you out of their return policy, offering a 20% off coupon instead of accepting returns. They also plagiarize other brands, essentially pushing real artists out of the market (look for the article What Happened to Cosmic Drifters)

I wish I had looked at the reviews on trustpilot, I have been scammed too....

Terrible quality to the point where you cannot even wear the clothing. So far they’re refusing my return request. Asking me for pictures, telling me the pictures don’t match, trying to run out the clock on the 14-day return period. They won’t tell me an address to send the clothing to. This website is a scam.

I purchased over £300 worth of dresses and swimwear for my holiday.

The items despite following the size chart are all very bad sizing and did not fit, The returns policy states you can swap for a different size but not fully return, after a week of ridiculous emails back and forth they would not provide a return address and refused to do anything else other than offer a discount code to re order.

The items in question are very bad quality and not worth £50 never mind the price I paid.

Avoid at all costs, advertising as an American company but clearly based in China after trying to deal with customer service.

Dear CORAMOON, Unfortunately, I have to inform you that your product does not meet my expectations or your promises at all. This is the cheapest fabric I have ever handled, it is also unprofessionally (crookedly) sewn together, and there is no visible seam finish. In various places, the seams are exposed and already coming apart. I am truly very upset because I paid a lot of money for this. Moreover, I waited a very long time for this product. You sell it under a US internet address and apparently produce it very cheaply, then ship it from China. Never in my life have I been so disappointed with a product as I am with yours. I expect an immediate refund of my money. I am willing to return this product to you at your expense. It is an absolute disgrace what you have sold to me here. Before I involve my lawyer, whom you will also have to pay, I expect a response from you within three days.

I don‘t get my money back. Also, they don‘t andere my feedback.

I'm angry that they deleted my negative review of a product that was 3 sizes too big and of terrible quality.

Super shady advertising and return policy. The skirt and top was clearly a different style than pictured, but they spent days emailing back and forth offering partial refunds and excuses. After a few weeks they said I could ship it to China at my own expense to return.
Stay away from this site, its a waste of money.

I wasn't happy with the quality of the item I purchased, "Green Snakes In Witchy Floral Forest Printed Hollow Sleeves Maxi Dress."

I did some research beforehand and found mixed reviews, although I suspect some of the positive reviews were solicited with free items. I checked to see if this was one of their infamous "stolen" designs and I couldn't find the item anywhere else (I wanted to buy the original), so I decided to go ahead and try it. The one and only review on their website was one star, saying the lining of this black dress is white.

That review has since been deleted. The reviews are blank, it says, "Be the first to review this item." Well, I know someone else did review it because I read it.

And their review was correct. The images shown on the Coramoon website are not images of the item I received. The black dress is white on the inside because the front is printed black with the dress's design. The item is supposed to be 100% rayon, and the tag says it's rayon, but it doesn't feel like the soft, flowy rayon we're used to. It feels heavy and woven, like a hybrid of thick linen and nylon. It's almost like a tarp.

I also purchased a necklace, "Medusa Snake Moonstone Panel Necklace." This is definitely a dupe of someone else's design because I realized after buying it that it's the same design as the necklace worn by William Knight in his infamous "There's no such thing as a coincidence" meme video, which was made in 2020. (It's June of 2024 as of this review.)

It's cheap junk. It would be $4 on Shein, but it was $20 on Coramoon. It came in pieces - the lower chain and rhinestone had fallen off and I had to repair it.

I will use both pieces. I think the dress is rayon, albeit the worst rayon I've ever felt, but the necklace is Shein quality at five times the price, and the dress isn't even Shein quality. I'd have given them two stars if I hadn't caught them deleting reviews from their website - but they do.

Here are 3 reasons why you should NOT order from this company:

1) they use AI to generate images of their products, so the products you get are very different styles and quality than the images online. Two of the products I ordered were laughably different than the product photos. It’s such a lazy way to run a company.

2) they delete negative reviews. I was given a link to give feedback and I spent a long time writing my review of my experience, including photos. One of the three reviews was somewhat positive because the product was okay, but it mentioned I had issues with other products in my order. I came back about an hour later to see all my reviews had been deleted. I contacted customer service to ask for another chance to leave a review and they said “some reviews get deleted”. No wonder all the reviews are positive.

3) you can’t get your money back. After several emails back and forth, my only options are to get a 60% refund and keep the items (that I will never wear), or pay for shipping to China.

This company is pretty much like Temu, but priced much higher. Don’t fall for it like I did!

I only ordered from them because of the advertising of fast shipping. But in the end, it took 3 weeks longer to get to me. The dress fits very poorly and the material is super cheap. I also ordered a pair of earrings that they assembled backwards that I have to fix. If I had known that everything was coming from China, I would have known better, but it doesn't state that anywhere on their site.
I will not be ordering from them again.

Ich hätte mich, wie manch anderer Käufer vor mir, vor dem Kauf über Coramoon erkundigen sollen, dann hätte ich dort nicht bestellt. Aber hätte, hätte, Fahrradkette, jetzt ist das Kind in den Brunnen gefallen und ich schreibe die Bewertung, um andere zu warnen, die dort kaufen wollen.
Man bekommt nicht das, was man bestellt. Die Kleidung sieht ganz anders aus, als auf den Bildern und hat gefühlt keine Passform. Wenn man die Kleidung deshalb retournieren will, muss man erst nach der Rücksendeadresse fragen. Tut man dies, bekommt man eine Nachricht, in dem so viel drin steht, dass ja Maßschneider die Kleidung herstellen und man selbst zu blöd ist, die richtige Konfektionsgröße zu wählen. Wenn man darauf aufmerksam macht, dass es nichts mit der Größe zutun hat, sondern, dass man nicht das bekommt, was man bestellt und dazu noch Bilder anfügt, um dies zu beweisen (in meinem Fall war es ein Kleid, bei dem das Oberteil komplett anders genäht war, als auf den Verkaufsbildern und es dadurch am Körper total unförmig aussah), dann wird darauf gar nicht eingegangen, sondern etwas von der Seitenschnürung erzählt, mit der man das angeblich regulieren könnte. Kann man nicht! Als ob ich nicht auf den glorreichen Einfall gekommen wäre, die Seitenschnürung zu benutzen. Das macht das Oberteil nicht zu dem auf dem Bild. 🙄 Und es sieht trotzdem doof aus.
Dann kommt der Costumerservice damit, dass das Rücksenden viel zu teuer wäre und bietet einem stattdessen einen Gutschein über 20 USD, um eine erneute Bestellung aufzugeben und sich noch mehr Schrott zu kaufen, der einen absolut nicht kleidet. Naja, ich habe dem Costumerservice darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Kleid an die Retoure-Adresse zurückgeht und sollten sie ein krummes Ding drehen, wie mir falsche Adresse gegeben zu haben, die Annahme des Pakets verweigern oder wenn sie der Meinung sind, mir das Geld nicht zurück erstatten zu müssen, wenn das Paket angekommen ist, dass ich dann PayPal, über die ich bezahlt habe, das Problem klären lasse.

When I tell you I have never been more scammed in my life I mean it... Not only did I have to pay for shipping 2 times Because they don't ship to where I live so i'd to pay a third party to get it s*** back when I got the garment It was literally falling It was made out of Walmart pajama material It was immensely itchy I immediately after getting it in the bag tried to return it and they still after 14 days have not responded to any of my emails And will not give me the address to return the item When I tell you my husband may have completely ruined my birthday with this gift I mean it from the depths of my soul this was the worst birthday present I've ever gotten I hate it to the depths of my core it was not only horribly made but it looked nothing like the photos

I’ve learned (too late since I already ordered items), that this site is a scam ripoff of a legit business that unfortunately had to close up shop after their designs were stolen. Coramoon is nothing but a scam and their products are no better than amazon level clothing you buy for one occasion then toss out.

Honestly would give them 0 Stars! What a scam. The clothes I received were nothing like the ones online. I emailed about a refund and they at first offered me a discount code, then in the following email said I needed to give them a good review first. Then once I send them a good review I could get my credit. Absolutely disgusting business practices. They should be so ashamed. I spent 78 dollars and got 2 pieces of clothes that felt like plastic shower curtains. It’s not worth lying to other people about! Don’t buy anything from Cora Moon

I will never buy from this site again and knew it even before I saw how poor quality the garments were. I received a thanks for your query email, did not make a query. Their email said there was a delivery issue and to contact a transport company via email or the pack will be destroyed. Followed instructions told to give a days notice and collect from a random address. Followed instructions and the place was scary. I thought I was going to die. Some guy hopped out of a car near me and went to look in a broken old shed for my parcel. Came out empty handed. Was I going to die for bad swimmers? Told me it would be delivered to my house. I asked him to ensure they left by the front door. Later that week, I miraculously found my parcel in the trailer in my drive under the cover. Really? Even good swimmers wouldn't be worth that...

They sent me a completely different and very crappy fitting dress, the only thing that was the same was the pattern of the fabric. Total cheap knock-off. I didn't research the company until after the clothing arrived and I realized it was not the same dress. That's when I realized it came from China. I'm so upset this company got my money. Don't be like me! Don't give this company your hard earned money!

Crap, really wish I would have researched this company before buying from them. The clothing is total crap - the fit is horrible and the material feels disgusting. The website will not allow me to log in or to create a new account so I don't know how to return this junk.
This purchase has finally pushed me into giving up online clothing shopping. Do not be fooled by the Instagram ads, this is all trash.
