The shipping company asked me to pay…

The shipping company asked me to pay extra 35 usd for the delivery (in addition to the custom and taxes fees which were expected). This is really unexpected, disappointing and should have been stated in advance :(

Hi Yael,

First of all, Thank you for your order with us.
We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the custom charges via the delivery courier. However this is normal when ordering from outside of the UK. We do mentioned "For order outside of the UK, Cop The Sauce is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. Any fees or charges via the delivery courier is responsible by the customer" on every product page in the delivery section. As well as we attached the shipping policy to the confirmation email.
