Cooper & Tanner Arvostelua

Cooper and tanner Warminster
Awful service didn’t vet buyers cost us 2k in fees , lack of communication in selling process with buyers, would not use again

Adam & Millie are the Top Guns of Frome Estate agencies.
Great service.
John & Elizabeth, Bath

The whole team is meticulous in every detail. Communication is great. Nothing was too much trouble. Really make you feel like a VIP client!

A first class sales service from Cooper & Tanner Warminster, staff were professional, prompt and polite, They sold my property inside 3 days. I will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Be careful with this, they put pictures and descriptions on saleroom and after sale told me why i didn't look at estimations.
I bought empty boxes.

Cooper and Tanner sold our house in Bath Road, Frome recently.

Throughout the whole process they were consummately professional, honest, friendly, informative and supportive. They answered all our questions promptly and communicated extremely well between us, our purchasers and when necessary our solicitor.

A huge thank you to Adam, Shelly, Fraser, and all the staff in the Frome office. They are certainly the best Estate Agent in Frome by far. We’d always choose Cooper and Tanner - heads and shoulders above the others!

We recently purchased a property in Frome that was offered via the local office. Shelly and Adam handled the transaction, and both were friendly and very efficient. We needed to contact the vendors quite a few times with queries, and Shelly handled that on each occasion quickly and with zero fuss. It seems that the vendors were pleased with the service, too, as they also appear to have left a 5 star review!

I want to truly acknowledge Adam Scott - rarely do we discover such a professional, authentic, incredibly helpful man. Adam is exceptionally good at what he does, is really helpful, honest person. I could not recommend him high enough from our experience of working with him on two occasions. I wanted to let others know that from our experience Adam is truly first rate.

We cannot speak highly enough of the support & professionalism shown to us during a very difficult 8 months, in respect of selling our home.
We have always used Cooper& Tanner in Frome & previously sold 4 properties & now finally our present property.
We would recommend their service to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Top professionals, made buying and selling very easy, kept us informed at every stage.
Just wish all agents were like this, life would be much easier.

Adam, Shelly, Fraser, Mia, Julie, Jane and all have been the perfect agents. They’ve kept us up to date promptly, chased info up for us quickly and provided sound advice, which we would sometimes ignore, only to be proved wrong - so yes, these guys really do know what they’re doing!

Adam and the team in Frome have been excellent advising my mother on the value of her home and talking us through the process of selling. We will definitely use them when we decide to go forward.

Cooper & Tanner as always are friendly, efficient and above all professional at all times. We have used C&T for many years and would never consider using anyone else.

Having not sold a house for over 16 years and not knowing what to do or expect, we found the process smooth in getting our property on the market & viewings were always agree with us, Alan did a wonderful job promoting our house (everyone that met him said how wonderful he was). We were kept well informed by the Agent the whole way through, Joel & Mia provided good updates to us and helped us understand what to expect, our buyers remained patient for over 6 months (which was managed well by Fraser & Joel) whilst we looked for a property and although we were eventually outbid on our dream home, we felt Adam, Joel, Fraser and the rest of the team acted professionally and fairly during that negotiation to obtain the best possible price for the Owner. Will happily work with Cooper & Tanner again in the future.

We recently bought a house in Frome through Adam at C&T and he was superb throughout the process, from getting the offer agreed quickly, right through to completion. The purchase ended up being long and drawn out through no fault of Adam, but he kept us well informed throughout the process and navigated the difficult discussions between us and the vendors with professionalism and empathy. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

We have used Cooper and Tanner Frome, in both a selling and purchasing capacity.
They couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, supportive & professional.
The manager, Adam Scott is an excellent communicator, and kept us updated throughout the transactions, going above & beyond our expectations.
We will definitely be using them again in the future & would unreservedly recommend them.

Cooper and Tanner have sold my last two houses and have been honest, friendly, hard working and communicative throughout what often can be a stressful process. I now wouldn’t go anywhere else. Well done Team Frome Cooper and Tanner and thank you.

We recently sold our house with Copper and Tanner and they were wonderful! We were given good advice on valuation and the house was very well marketed. We had offers of the full asking price within the first day or viewings. Shelly our negotiator was brilliant and went above and beyond to help us secure a buyer and also ensure the sale went through smoothly. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

A huge Thankyou to all the C&T team, they have persevered with my house sale even after the chain fell through twice! They were willing to listen to my suggestions as the Vendor, which made me feel very involved in the process! It was also a bonus to buy our new home through them! Everyone I dealt with at the Frome Branch felt very invested in getting my house sold and finding us our new home! Great service!

Very happy with the team on the sales side. Supported me through the process and were very honest and caring. Would happily use them again.
