Hi Martine,

Thank you for your comment, our products are not at all toxic. I would appreciate you reading the below so as I can inform and help you further so as your reviews and comments dont damage anyone else's hard earned business.

All substances on earth have the potential to be toxic based on the dosage and exposure of an ingredient which is very important to consider for pets and humans.

Our products do not use doses remotely near to any toxic levels that could cause any harm whatsoever to pets. If they did we would be shut down immediately.

Thank fully we are very aware of toxicity as we have a team that have been formulating natural remedies for over 50years and advises in many of the natural remedies you find on the market today from other brands as well as our own.

The ingredients you mention are very commonly used within hundreds of other competing products on the market. Our blends are unique to us, and the ingredients have been used for thousands of years for their naturally medicinal qualities that mother nature offers us.

We as a company are over seen (As are all companies/brands/sellers/marketers) by trading standards and the VMD who are the UK governing body for veterinary medical directive. Their standards are incredibly high for ensuring safety in the marketplace and we openly praise them for this. We have a very healthy relationship with both and often lease with them in our product creation process to ensure only the very highest standards in what we offer to you before it even reaches the end user.

When my family started this business it was to enable others to benefit from the amazing qualities that mother nature offers, to help all animals, pet owners and our environment. We did this by bringing the brightest and smartest minds in the industry together to enable what we have today and we are very proud of how we have broken through a noisy chemical (often very toxic) driven corporate big pharmacy marketplace to do this. Doing so did not come without a certain degree of great risk for us and this is why we are very passionate about what we do and why we do it.

I dont know if you have used our product yet, I am presuming not as if you had you would realise for yourself the wonderful qualities that they hold however I do hope this informs you better today.

As always we are here to answer anything you wish to ask however I would be very grateful if you could be considerate in your public reviewing of an entire company based off of some miss information and perhaps please reconsider your review rating after our response.

Reviews are the life blood of a business surviving online and I would urge both yourself and anyone else reading this to be considerate. By all means if you have had an awful experience or terrible service then you should review appropriately however this seems a little unfair today and I hope you dont mind me pointing it out.

One last request would be not to take just my word for it, but perhaps the reviews across other review platforms such as Amazon where you will find nearly 500k very happy customers across our product ranges throughout Europe and USA and also across our popular social channel. We offer a 90day money back guarantee on absolutely everything we sell for your complete buying confidence and we openly share all our ingredients clearly on our labels and websites for complete transparency.

Many thanks again for your question and consideration,

If you do choose to change your review I would be very grateful.

All the best,

Cooper and Gracie
