Installation of new vent unit was really smooth. Engineer was polite and respectful and took his time to explain set up and maintenance

I am writing this 8 months after the service.
Zeth was super helpful and addressed all my concerns.
My ventilation system was making some noises and it was permanently in turbo mode.
Zeth explained how turbo mode turned on and off, did a thorough cleaning and assessment.
He clearly explained what each noise was, and set some expectations around our ventilation motors.
After the service the noise stopped AND my filters have stayed cleaner and the are around the exhausts has stopped getting dusty every few months.
I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service. Kirk's team came round recently to service an MVHR system for us after just moving into our new home. There were a few unforeseen circumstances as the system hadn't been serviced for years but they were extremely diligent and transparent throughout. I would recommend their services to anyone who has an MVHR system.

I have an issue with the air in my flat, and strongly suspected that it was coming from my MVHR system. I called them and after chatting about the problem for a few minutes on the phone they let me know that the problem was likely unrelated to my MVHR, and it probably wasn't worth it for a call out.

The man I spoke to was an engineer, and had a very good understanding of how these systems work and their common faults. I really appreciate his expertise and honesty, and will be sure to reach out to this company first in the future if I need any work done.
