Coolivin Arvostelua 

I was really comfortable at this place. I kept good memories from Lisboa, and this house had everything I was looking for: from nice roomies to excellent locations and ways to move in and out the city. I recommend it.

I stayed for five months during my Erasmus Semester at one of the appartments provided by the Coolivin Team. From the very beginning I was positively surprised with the warm welcome and the trust what we’ve created between eachother. If you are looking for a pleasant place to live, with well equipped and designed rooms, I’m pretty confident that it is your place to stay in this amazing city.

I booked a room during an academic semester in Lisbon. The flat was super nice with a perfect location (close to the metro and close to the city center).
It was a really nice experience to find a flat with Coolivin. Always here to help, very comprehensive, and accommodating!

I stayed in the apartment near Campo pequeno from September to January and had a great time. The apartment was nice and clean and the landlord/manager was very helpful anytime we who lived there had any requests. If surfing is something you like the bus to Caparica left just outside the building and only took 30 min.

The service was very good. Everything explained in the contract and inventory as it is. High quality rooms, the company was helpful in case of any problems. One downside is that the apartment had many tenants but no real living room or place to hang laundry indoors when it was raining. But this is just my personal view.
I was very satisfied with the rental.

I had the best experience. I needed a place very quickly from one day to another and Felipe the property manager was very helpful right away. He was quick in replies and always present. The place was clean and extremely comfortable. Great accommodations and excellent service! Recommend!

I stayed at Coolivin with my bf in the Carcavelos apartment for 3 months. The room was super spacious, had a private bathroom and a great view to Serra de Sintra.
My housemates were super nice and easygoing.
There was a shopping mall with a supermarket right next to the building which was extremely convenient.
Filipe made sure we had an outstanding stay and he did his best to take care of everything throughout.

All in all, we had an amazing experience with coolivin and highly recommend it to other people!

I had a very nice stay, the apartment was large with great views and the owners were extremely considerate and helpful.

I lived in the Palmeiras apartments for 6 months when I moved to Portugal. The apartment was perfectly located close to my work, the beach, supermarkets, and the train station. The apartment was very clean and the view spectacular!

All process was treated smoothly with nice people behind it. Had a very pleasant experience.

Filipe was property manager at an apartment where I lived in Oeiras. He was very helpful, always present for any requests and quick in replies. The solutions he found for me have been satisfactory! I enjoyed the service he offered me!

I stayed in Carcavelos for half a year for an internship and booked a room with Coolivin. Booking the room and moving in went smoothly, everything was arranged online beforehand. The apartment managers Filipe and Teresa were very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay. There was a group WhatsApp chat for the apartment, where I could easily communicate with them and the other housemates. The apartment was super nice and spacious with a simple and modern design. My room looked exactly like in the pictures and had an amazing view of the ocean! The room was a bit cold in winter, because there was no built-in heating, but the managers provided an electric heater. I appreciated that there was a cleaning lady every week. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend it to everyone, especially to international students :)

Very nice appartment with a beautifull sight on the beach. There is a local mall downstairs with a super market, barber, restaurant and many more shops. Perfect place if you want to be one with the beach and part with the city!
