My boyfriend liked the original and black pepper. I liked the salt and vinegar and the black pepper ones. As Eastern Europeans - we have experience!! Garlic and bacon not much taste :/

Speedy delivery and an utterly delicious product. Pork scratchings are usually teeth destroyers but not these. They are cooked and seasoned to perfection and I am totally hooked! A great snack to keep you going through the day *Gets up to grab a handful to nibble on*

I've just seen that the reviews from Christmas are a little poor which I find unfair, I also suffered with a late delivery which is disappointing, but when it comes to pork scratchings cool hog really is the place to go. They taste amazing and are fresh not stale. The hardest part I find is keeping everyone else away from my porkies. Blue sweets seem to work at the moment but I'm not sure for how much longer. When it comes to flavor salt and vinegar are the best don't argue with me you are wrong. My wife did argue with me and thinks that original are best. Apparently I'm wrong and I'm not allowed my horn drinking cups anymore. I'm frightened and might need help. Please give support for salt and vinegar they really are fantastic. I think my wife is wrong I'm just too afraid to tell her.

Firstly, we appreciate you being fair about the Christmas delays. It was a tough period and we know some orders ran late, so thank you for sticking with us.
Now… onto the important matter. Salt & Vinegar is elite tier. Bold. Fearless. Iconic.
That said, Originals are the foundation of civilisation, so your wife does have a case…
We can’t get involved in the horn drinking cup situation, but we fully support peaceful flavour debates in the household 😅

I placed an order 8 days before Christmas, the order took over 6 weeks to be completely delivered. Cool Hog are all over social media acting like a big company but seem to be running before walking. Customer service is below par only interested in taking a payment for goods. Pork Scratching are nothing special.

I’m genuinely sorry you had this experience. Waiting that long, especially after ordering before Christmas, isn’t acceptable and I completely understand the frustration.
The festive period exposed weaknesses in our fulfilment and communication and that’s on us. We should have handled it better.
I’m also sorry to hear the product didn’t live up to expectations. That’s never easy to read, but it’s important feedback.
We’ve made significant changes since Christmas to avoid a repeat of that situation. I appreciate you taking the time to leave your thoughts.

I have enjoyed Coolhog pork scratchings…
I have enjoyed Coolhog pork scratchings for quite some time now and have tried most of the flavours available. The quality of the scratchings is top end compared to any shop bought items. However, for me, I am finding that the flavours are becoming far too overpowering and I would love a lighter flavour range if that were at all possible.

My order was hand packed by Kim. It has the perfect portion sizes and packed with flavour. I will definitely by trying different flavours when I get the chance. My favourite so far has been the curry closely folded by the habanero chilli, which has the perfect heat to it.

Mystery Box
I thought I would buy a mystery box for the husbands birthday, I crossed my fingers. It took a week from ordering to arrive which was fine as I’d left plenty of time before his birthday.
The mystery box was awesome!! I had two bags of pork scratchings, one bag of sweets and two cookies! One of the bags were Salt and Vinegar which are my fave! Super happy! Hopefully the husband will share!

we brought 1x salt & vinegar taster tub, 1x curry taster tub, 1x sweet chilli bag, 1x habanero chilli bag & a jar of pineapple rock and it’s safe to say we were not one bit dissapointed, products texture was just right. Took a month and a half and then order wrong!
Ordered towards end of November and didn't receive until January!! Appalling customer service, zero communication despite me emailing 3 times to find out what was going on, and when my order finally came some items were substituted for the plain original which I did not want. Let alone the fact there was no note apologising for the substitution, nothing! Just looks like they got the order wrong, just assuming it was a substitution, maybe wrongly.. Not happy at all! Want a refund for that item but will I get one? Doubt it, they still aren't replying to messages/emails. Avoid!

There should absolutely have been clear contact and an explanation. That’s on us.
Black Friday and the Christmas period exposed weaknesses in our systems at the time, but that doesn’t change the frustration you’ve described.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and have received nothing. I have emailed and had no reply. Must be a scam.
Cool hog finally responded after 5 weeks and said they would dispatch that same day, I’ve waited 9 days and had nothing delivered so definitely a scam.
