Had my M2 wheel retrimmed ,couldn’t be happier with the finish ,very good quality and attention to detail is spot on ,will definitely be using them again in the future, highly recommend.

Wanted a flat bottom steering wheel and was recommended these guys and let me tell you they don’t disappoint. I need my wheel to have driver assist on it to comply with my cat so they built me one and not only does it look amazing but it works perfectly. Massive tnx to the team.

I send my wheel off to get swapped to alkentara with red stitching, although it took a while to be Finished I can’t be anymore pleased with the result. I can’t see any defects anywhere on the wheel and they have even properly cleaned the internals even though they didn’t need to touch that part. I feel like in a review there has to be one or two bad parts but there is literally nothing bad to say about it. I could say that it took a while to Finnish but with the end result I can’t complain. Overall an amazing service and will recommend to anyone.

Was introduced to Rad and his family through a friend although I have been following their instagram page for a long time. To say their work is of the highest quality is genuinely an understatement. The finish of the carbon, stitching and level of detail is beyond what I expected. Very friendly. Communication was brilliant too.

Not really sure what happened here, ordered a wheel and paid a £240 deposit at the end of June. was told 6 week turnaround time. 7 weeks went by with 0 updates, asked when it will be done. Took a week to reply and said whoever took the order hadn't put it through so waited 7 weeks for nothing. Took my order again and told me they will get it done in 3-4 weeks with a discount as an apology. 6 weeks passed and nothing, so i asked again. Was told it was partly done. Another 4 weeks went by with nothing, by this time ive ran out of patience. Again i asked where the steering wheel is, a few days later i got a reply that they are sorry and will check. Another 5 days went by without a response and that was it for me enough was enough. They did refund me my deposit right away and that is the only positive i can say from my experience with this company. I literally waited 5 months for nothing. I had no explanation as to why i had been kept waiting for 5 months? I chose this company as their work looks top tier and from all the good reviews, unfortunately for me its was an absolute shambles.

The transformation these people made was incredible,was recovered exactly how I wanted it,every detail was spot on even the exact colour of the stitching,well done you lot,would certainly recommend you to everyone.

Steering wheel reached me safely today and I am over the moon with the results! Their work is impeccable and communication via emails have been very swift from day 1. Very reasonably priced considering the quality of the work. Thank you again.

Absolutely incredible service!

Incredible quality products and customer service. I had them design and produce a bespoke steering wheel and with their assistance we ended up with a completely new upgrade into an 8Y RS3.

Can’t rate these guys highly enough. They took additional time and effort to ensure the finish was as close to the OEM carbon as possible, whilst adding my personal touches to the steering wheel.

I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

This is the Second Steering wheel I have had customised by Control Customs. The quality of work they produce is outstanding. Loads of options, attentive to your own desires and happy to advise. The end product when received is definitely worth the wait. Its like driving a different car now, it feels so luxurious.
