Great product and service. I highly recommend it!!

I have been using my Rollermouse Pro daily for work for at least 10 years, and it has only just started to wear out. I contacted Contour Design to ask for advice and they have been prompt and extremely helpful. Prior to a physiotherapist recommending this device to me, I had constant neck and shoulder pain from computer use, despite doing exercises and having a lot of expensive treatment from osteopaths, chiropractors etc. I was told that the muscle tightness from spending a lot of time at a computer, and repetitive strain injury, was putting me at risk of osteoarthritis in my neck. Since I started using the Rollermouse I have not had any problems like that. I have no pain in my neck or shoulders, and have not needed any more treatment. I recommend the device to everyone who uses a computer a lot.

Service and warranty, second to none.
Had an issue with a roller mouse that I purchased just over a year ago and it stopped working. Emailed Contour Design Support with the problem, after a little diagnostic, they sent out a replacement which I received a couple of days later. Brilliant support service.

Support were very quick to respond to my question about the ShuttleProv2. A quality product with great back up.

Contour’s customer service is always top notch. This is the second incident for which I’ve received prompt and helpful help.

We haven’t tried to attach the ribbon cable yet but we will and appreciate the detailed instructions!

Fortunately, I have two Contour rollermouses, one for work and one that I bought myself for home use so I’m not totally stranded. They’ve made such a difference and it hurts to use a traditional mouse or touchpad now!

Mouse works well and causes no arthritic pain when being used, unlike standard mice.

Using contour mouse is very comfortable! I was able to use it during my daily work and it fits really well in hand. I did not have time yet to measure the battery life, but I hope that it will be able to stay alive for at least a week. In regards to the side buttons (back/forward) these are a bit too close to the metacarpus, so it could be potenially moved a bit north to the 3 normal mouse buttons. The pitty is that the mouse is still using the USB-2C, I thought that USB3 is kinda standard nowadays. I also have limitted possibility to install any kind of software on my PC and unable to check the current level of battery on my mice, so I also cannot say a word about the software itself.

How about bluetooth, does it required to have a dedicated dongle to be a fully wireless Mouse?

Despite the fact that I did not buy the rolloermouse in DK I ended up with their helpdesk. The lady (Regitze) was outstanding and you should be proud for having her! i need to replace my device after a number of years and had originally thought of looking at alternatives but after her helpful, fast and professional assistance, a new rollermouse red is on its way:-)

So pleased with Contour's customer service, Its refreshing in this day and age that someone cares about after sales service so much, they were very helpful, and reacted quickly and efficiently.

easy to set up and use... and comfortable. As a bonus it is harder to loose under a pile of papers too...

Great product. I had tried others which weren't as good. The service was great and I could try the product for 30 days for free, which was fantastic. I ended up buying the product as it was just what I was looking for.

A great product sent within days, it has completely changed my issues with my shoulder and posture using a traditional mouse. Thank you.

It’s very fast and easy use and comfortable, only thing I didn’t like was the size was a bit too big different when I ordered my free trial I expected something like a mouse this is nothing like mouse but like I said once used to it it grows on you and feels good using it

I recently lost a couple of my ShuttleProV2 cover caps during a move. Contour was kind enough to send me replacements. GREAT communications and great product. I started using the ShuttleXpress and then was impressed to upgrade to the ShuttleProV2. Makes precise editing faster and better for me.

My physio recommended I tried a vertical mouse to help with the pain in my shoulder, neck & arm. I've only been using this for a week, but can feel the difference already. My physio also noticed the change when I went for my weekly beating!! I would highly recommend this product for anyone who suffers with 'mouse arm'!!! It is adjustable up to 70 degrees, so the position of your arm can be constantly moved, thus preventing muscle aches.
