**COVID-19 Update 2/22/2021** Container Inventory and Pricing remains in a highly unstable environment. Our published pricing is based on our prime suppliers' inventory availability. Pricing and delivery times are subject to rapid changes based on market conditions. If your needs are critical to a specific timeline, please contact our support specialists in advance of placing an order. As of today, shipping container pricing has officially doubled in the last 120 days in some of our key markets, with rapid and unannounced price increases daily from our suppliers. This inconsistency is particularly problematic to our ability to project up to date pricing in our web-store, and the shortage of supply continues to cause delays on delivery lead times. ContainerDiscounts.com was built to be a marketplace for consumers to easily find and purchase containers online. Our platform is disruptive by design, and often not welcome by some of our competitors and suppliers. Our business model was developed to give some level of transparency and data to the consumer, to help make faster and more informative purchase decisions. Prior to this rapid change in market conditions we were executing that plan very effectively. The last 90 days has been challenging to manage supply and more importantly customer expectations. So what are we doing to correct some of these issues? - We have reduced our margins to help offset price increases. Good Containers, but poor delivery
The containers that were delivered were in great shape. However, it took took to long to get delivery from the time ordered, certainly longer than promised. They could not find the 40' containers in grey or in the standard height, so we accepted the higher height containers (no additional charge) and tan containers. This means we have a mis-match of height and color between the two 40' and two 20' containers we had delivered. We plan to eventually paint all the containers, so color was not as important, and we can live with the height difference. In addition to delivery being late, the driver originally had the containers loaded in the wrong configuration and wrong order of delivery, despite our instructions being very clear.

Containerdiscounts did a great job
Containerdiscounts did a great job, even when they couldn't locate a suitable container right away. They communicated with me throughout the process to ensure I would received my container as promised. It arrived on-time and in good condition.
Note: I did opt to pay a few hundred more dollars extra to expedite my container delivery, since containers supply was scarce and market prices had increased, but it was optional (I would have just waited a while) and Containerdiscounts paid half of the difference to ensure I was happy.

Vary horrible service. Did not get my containers on time and was lied to multiple times about delivery and cost. Will never buy from them again

First, thank you for the opportunity to work with you again on your second transaction of containers. Our team as well as our drivers appreciated your patience, and hard work over the past few weeks. Your willingness to help find drivers, and a one point a crane operator went up and beyond the usual protocol for a customer to receive containers. The situations presented during our deliver attempts to you were very unique.
Second, integrity is most important to us as it is one of our core values. If you feel deceived or lied to, we apologize for this miscommunication. This is something we will address and will always work to improve.
Joe, at the end of the day, all four containers were delivered and we truly do hope to see you again in a better light.

Rust Bucket
Service was great. Shipping container was not. I was not expecting prefect container. You need to inspect top on container before they unload it. They was 14 patches on roof repaired in the past. After remove loose scale with wire brush I uncovered 25 holes from 1/8" to stick your finger in. They refunded some money with out problem. I am a welder so fixing this was no problem but I settled for not near enough money but that was my fault. I will never buy one sight unseen

Danny, Thank you for taking the time to write this feedback. I'm sorry to hear your 45ft container was not repaired fully at the depot. The 45fters are unique and hard to come by. Being first of the top of the stack, (or lack of) sometimes the conditions are less than ideal, or as you stated a "rust bucket". I know you explained over the phone the man hours and hard work you put into this container to make it WWT. We appreciate your efforts and will do everything in the future to ensure you next container you purchase will have to do zero initial work needed.
