Nothing went wrong with the contacts
Nothing went wrong with the order. The thing that is wrong is paying a processing fee that's higher than the price of a box of contacts. You all need to get it together.

Ordered multi-focal lens as prescribed…
Ordered multi-focal lens as prescribed by doctor. Lens arrived and were boxed correctly however lens power for close viewing was wrong. Compared to box labeled exactly the same from doctor direct. Customer service told me sometimes they get manufacturer defects and only offered half my money back. Buyer beware. In 30 years I never received a bad batch from a doctor directly.

I sincerely apologize if you received any defective contact lenses.
Typically, an entire box of contact lenses is not defective. If a manufacturer suspects a full-box defect, they will generally request that the lenses be returned for testing.
After reviewing your case, I can confirm that our Customer Service team followed our Defective Product Policy. They offered a refund for the contact lenses that had been opened and tried.
Because the remaining lenses are still sealed and unused, we are unable to determine that they are defective and, therefore, are unable to issue a refund for those lenses at this time.

Processing fees
It would be nice to just have a price and forget the processing. Its so annoying. I came here already knowing there is a processing fee, but just giving me the price that is twice as much as listed would be so welcomed.

Order forms clunky and annoying
Filling out information on the website was very clunky and annoying - I uploaded the prescription then noticed where I had entered my birthdate previously was now blank so I had to re-enter that then the prescription upload disappeared and I had to redo that. Had to redo billing information too. Too much back and forth. Website needs updating.
