What an amazingly helpful team of people at Consumer rights. They are so well informed about all the government grants and help and support that is out there. They are super efficient in the way they always call back at an allotted time and follow-up straightaway with an email confirming all details. I cannot praise their efficiency and helpfulness enough.. thank you consumer rights.

A lady called Dawn helped over and beyond. She was so quick in organising and explaining everything clearly. Thank you so much. Dawn is a credit to the team

Amy handled my application for the eco 4 heating grant and was extremely helpfuk throughout the process to the point of being passed on to an assessor for the next bit.

My case handler/advisor Ceri Jones was very efficient in the care taken to receive all relevant information and documents, I soon received a call with an appointment for a consultation on the property.

After contacting Consumer Rights regarding the government property insulation/heating grant I was guided through the application process with Robin and then Yasmin who were both excellent and patient at doing this.
So good to talk to a live person while doing this and also speaking perfect ENGLISH, not a robot chat. The assessor
has called to make a appointment to visit the property. So all very professional up to this point.

I have found Yasmin to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Her assistance has made the process so easy for me.

I spoke with Sophie Williams who was very supportive and patient guiding me and informing me of what I needed to provide as evidence of income and called me and emailed me as she promised to do. I was very impressed with the way she dealt with everything. I am now awaiting a call to arrange an assessment of my property and I am confident that any queries I have she will help me with any concerns I may have.

I contacted Consumer Rights regarding possible government-funded energy performance improvements to my property and spoke with Carwen Hughes. Carwen processed my enquiry highly efficiently, and was most helpful, explaining everything fully and clearly. I now have an appointment with ARPG for an assessment of my property, and Carwen has confirmed that she will be my account manager for the whole process, which is very reassuring to know.

I called Consumer Rights recently, I am not familiar with this program. This girl Cawren Hughes went above and beyond to help me every step of the way.Now everything is in process and I am very happy . Thumbs up for Carwen! She explained to me very clearly,patiently,politely. I am ever so grateful for what she has done for me 👍🫶

I would recommend this process to anyone who has the opportunity to have insulation/cavity wall work done . I have refused in the past thinking it would be costly/difficult or invasive . None of this applied thanks to Robin Jones whose support, knowledge and ability to reassure and answer my many questions made the whole process worthwhile . Every worker from AR Eco was efficient, polite and a pleasure to meet . Many thanks to all concerned .
