Avoid this dishonest smooth talking company at all costs
Jeff schwartz is a dishonest man and his company need to he investigated for giving false information when getting interviewed for joining the program
We went through some difficulties in the beginning of the year and went into panick as we received word at work that theres going to he major “layoffs”
I went to consolidated credit to assist me with my accounts etc etc
While i got my interview to start the program i asked the guy numerous times will my credit score be affected and if its going to show “collections” or “missed payments and i dont want to join the program if its going to have a negative impact on my report whatsoever and he assured me that that wont be the case and my credit score will actually improve so i felt relieved
They also told me to put stop payments on all my accounts as its now in their hands but while doing so my accounts still managed to take funds out of my account and sometimes it went into “nsf”
I phoned one of my accounts and made sure i was on the program and explaimed my situation to the lady and i told her im sorry that my account are now handed over to consolidated credit but i had no choice,she told me its fine but i will now have a “r7” on my credit report as thats how they report it
I never heard of a “r7” in my life and did some research and came to the shocking reality of how bad it is on your credit report
Consolidated credit did not mention 1 word about it not a single one
I immediately asked upper managment to get in touch with me and “jeff” carried on with the smooth talking how they all are trained and i asked him how is it that nobody mentioned “r7” and then he replied “its out of our control what gets reported and it might even be a “r9”he replied

Now all of a sudden they mention the bad that gets reported

These ppl come with smooth talks so you join the program and after that you will get very bad credit report and can forget to ever get a morgage
My credit score was good now its a mess because of misleading dishonest information

Plse anybody that want to join the program be aware and rather make arangments with your creditors before destroying your credit

I also left numerous messages and emails and got no response from “jeff

I removed myself from the program and im back to paying my accounts myself after being on the program for not even a month and my credit score are ruined,all in a month and it was more hassles to deal with them them anything
All these ppl that give them 5 stars and good reviews dont know whats about to come to their credit reports
Consolidated credit should be ashamed of themself

They refuse to send copy of recording as they know i asked multiple times of any bad marks on credit bureau
Now i beg them for a copy of my recording so i can sent proof to equifax and transunion and they refuse to reply to my calls mails etc as they know they are in the wrong as mentioned that they told me it wont affect my credit report
They are all trained to smooth talk and will propably have a reply or excuse on my review
His worker “precious” are also in with the dishonesty as i called her like 10 times and she also ignoring me now
Answer the following
“WHY Was nothing about r7 mentioned on the application interview and why am i getting ignored now and “jeff” dont want to send me a copy of the recording
You guys messed up my future
Everybody else that experienced similar scenario where you were not informed about the impact on your credit score should file a complain at equifax and transunion so they can get justice for their dishonesty
