Following our investigation, your order was dispatched on the same day it was placed. Unfortunately, it was returned to our warehouse in error by FedEx before delivery could be completed. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we re-dispatched your order on the same day.
We can also confirm that the tracking information for both the original shipment and the replacement shipment was shared with you, so you had visibility of the progress throughout.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the courier's error. Providing excellent customer service is extremely important to us, and we would never intentionally ignore our customers.
