As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

Excellent customer service
Bought a TV to hearing aids Oticon transmitter from them. Good price and delivered quickly. A little tricky to set up - even though I'm pretty good with tech. After internet searches I called them and very helpful reply to my email (sound settings needed tweaking in the control menu of my TV - i.e. switch on optical out). Very pleased with the product and excellent customer service.

Good range and fast delivery
I ordered hearing aid tubes and cones.
It was easy to select the right sizes based on the information card given for my hearing aids.
Delivery was quick and parts matched the order.

It is light
It is light, easy to wear, and the alarm is strong enough. The battery has an astonishingly long charging life. I didn't need to recharge it yet.

Excellent service
I ordered microphone filters for my GNResound hearings. There was no confusion with wax guards which occurs on too many sites. Connevans performed perfectly and I had the correct filters in two days as promised. I have now been told several times "you seem to be hearing much better".

Bluetooth TV speaker
This company was recommended by my Audiologist. He certainly knew his craft & this Signia TV Bluetooth Speaker certainly does its job. Well worth the purchase & would recommend it to anyone. I can now hear what the people are saying & it’s opened up my viewing world.

Great site, easy to navigate. Ear hooks for phonak Naida P70-UP and it has the part number which I couldn't find any where else. Choice of pretty colours. Fast delivery. I would definitely use them again
