Very unprofessional very vague with responses and as clear as mud with terms and conditions

I just want to say what a brilliant company yous are, quick and great to deal with. I would also like to give a super special shout out to Steven Lowe (NI) who goes above and beyond and has made this experience a lot better and one that I will never forget. He has great customer service, very responsive & reliable. So passionate about what he does and has such a positive outlook in things and life. We need more Stevens like him in this world. There’s no doubt that if I’m looking into finance in the future, Steven will be the first person that I will be contacting. Highly recommend

Amazing!
My mum needed a car as hers was on its last legs. She was accepted by connect car finance. The process was easy and very helpful and friendly people. They were so nice that me and my hubby decided we should see if we were eligible, we were again straight forward process. They talk you through every stage and best bit they even have a sense of humour, and now a days it’s nice to see. Thank you so much!

Excellent service and experience from start to finish

Joe and the team were fantastic at helping me find the perfect car and the best deal for it too, especially as my first choice of car fell through last moment but they were able to give me a list of dealers in my area which lead me to a much better car.
It really helps that everything could be completed online making the process smooth and quick.
