Worst Service Experience – Harassment & False Claims
I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Connect Broadband. Their team repeatedly contacted me with baseless and false claims, creating unnecessary pressure and mental harassment. Instead of resolving issues professionally, they kept giving threatening and misleading statements without any proper verification.
No customer should be treated this way. Their behaviour was completely unprofessional, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing their services. This experience has caused me a lot of mental stress, and I will not recommend Connect Broadband to anyone.

One of the worst broadband anyone can choose to install. There broadbands doesn't work often. Let's say if worked then they don't fix it for weeks and they don't even compensate. There employees talk like illiterate. You select english they talk in Punjabi. Utter nonsense. They will chase you for debt like anything but when it comes to resolving your issue there illiterate employees know nothing.

The connect broadband connection is unstable and their service is most the pathetic one. Everyday it got disconnected frequently and the speed fluctuates in low range . And they charge you more when you try to disconnect their service. I asked them to disconnect my connection on 16th Aug and they acted on it on 21st August . I have email conversations where i ask them to update bill till 16th and i will pay and now they sent me message of legal action for not paying excessive amount and also 2500rs extra for legal charges for settlement. I repeat never have this broadband as their service and behaviour is pathetic and they cheat people.

I have lodged complaint regarding internet not working. It has been 2 days and nothing done.I have called them multiple times but its no use. Absolutely pathetic service.

Fraud and theif company. Do not take the connection. They keep charging you the bills even after the discontinuation of services and they will call you after 6 months for threatening you for legal notice in court. Mistakes are done by their employees and they make you to trap in their plans. They will mentally harrass you. Kindly file a case at consumer court if you experience such thing.
