Conceptcrystal Arvostelua

todo fue erfecto y los stores de muy buena calidad

Excellent service, great product, a fantastic company to deal with.

Absolute disgusting!!
No customer service
No response to emails
Product nothing like the picture

Tal y como se describen, realmente protegen del sol y se nota la disminución de temperatura el único pero es que tardan bastante en llegar. Compré 2 en la página oficial y otra la primera que compré a través de Amazon y en ambos sitios tardan bastante bastante en llegar

We chose a personalised photo on a key cabinet and the quality is amazing. I haven’t found anything to this standard and I was so glad. That I found ConceptCrystal. I have no hesitation in recommending them. The workmanship is first class. Thank you.

Todo ha ido genial

Absolutely gorgeous! I am so pleased with the product and the customer service. This shipped from Europe to Idaho, USA, was packaged extremely well, and is lovely. I wish I could upload an image. It receives lots of compliments. Thank you!

Very good quality, very quick answers to questions!! I recommend it 100%

Sehr freundlicher und schneller Support, nachdem mein Paket vom Lieferdienst verloren ging.
Hab in relativ kurzer Zeit Ersatz erhalten.
Der Schlüsselkasten selbst, den ich bestellt hatte, ist sehr gut verarbeitet und sehr schön.

Has good communication with the company when explaining the need for additional handles for lift and pulling down the blinds. They supplied additional and I installed however think this should already be standard supply. Blinds are good quality apart from this design issue

Had my eye on worktop protectors loved the designs. I ordered 3 and were delivered within 2 weeks. Unfortunately 1 was wrong design I emailed concept crystal and they answered the same day apologised and sent me the correct item within a week. Fantastic customer service and the product is amazing. Great colour and detail. Have been using them 2 months now so waited until now to review so i could comment on durability. Would definitely use them again. Proof is in the pudding its how you handle things when they go wrong will show your character and professionalism.
