Computer Repair Doctor Arvostelua

COMPUTER DOCTOR gets 5 stars from me. They were very friendly and very helpful. Service was excellent and their prices was very reasonable.

I brought my aging Sony Vaio laptop in to have the screen replaced. Within 3 days I had an estimate and the repairs were completed. This company knows what it is doing. They are a professional outfit. Thanks for a job well done.

Nat delivers the personal touch. He provides the services you request offering guidance of what might improve your connectivity. He is patient with seniors who may have a knowledge deficit technically to propel you forward. He offers fair pricing and I would not hesitate to call upon him again.

My technician was fabulous! Very patient and knowledgeable; I couldn't be happier with the experience and the result!

Super easy and straightforward. Loved that they gave the price upfront so I knew what to expect.

Reliable prompt professional, high quality… and open Saturday’s! Thank you.

In the challenging NYC environment, can't give enough stars to this company that's quick, honest (say "no" when a repair doesn't pay off), technically competent and finally, trustworthy enough to leave the data on your devices. Happy customer of over a decade for many repairs of phones, tablets, PCs and failed hard drives.

quick, easy, friendly service

Great, fast timely work, went the extra mile during closing hours to keep me informed. Thanks guys! 👍🏾

Quick and easy, very happy customer,
Will highly recommend this place.
Thank you for your great service!!!

I appreciate how straightforward the staff was with their answers to my questions and how quickly my laptop was fixed.

Lap top doctor is the best I have been using them for years they are the best I highly recommend them

Quick service but I found the price a bit high. Not much cheaper than buying a new laptop. I would have given 5 stars if the fee was more reasonable. They asked me the most I would pay to fix it and that is what they charged.

I brought my laptop because it had a broken hinge and they repaired it in one week. I believe if I had sent it to the manufacturer it would have cost more money and time. Thanks for the repair!

Price was way too high, went to laptop md, cheaper, quick and got the files needed at a fraction of the cost

I ordered a fan and cooling fin for a Toshiba P-505-S8980 from Amazon,. I had already taken my computer totally apart only to find that I was sent the wrong fan. I took my computer, disassembled, to Computer Doctor, and not only did they find and install the correct fan, they also discovered that the problem was not the fan but the hard drive. They changed the hard drive, upgraded the operating system, and re-assembled the computer, all for a very reasonable price, and they did this all very quickly! The computer works better now than when I bought it 10 years ago. They are by far the best computer repair center in NYC. I give them 10 stars.

Great communication. Faster than expected Battery Replacement for my Mac Air. Thanks guys. I'll be back.
